Great staff , great selection in store and even more to order. If you seen something you like somewhere else you might be surprise they can order it and probably beat the price of any local store as it was our case. Be open and they will help you without any pressure. It was a totally amazing experience purchasing from furniture emporium. Delivery guys were also super careful, on time and efficient at the time delivery. Thanks emporium team!

Saved almost 500 on my new bed! Jason was very helpful and he got us the best deal possible. This is the best place around. I read a review on this place, this lady complained about the couch she ordered not fitting through her door and that's why she gave a bad review? That seems to be the a very invalid reason to give this place a one star. If you want to save money on furniture this is the place to go! Don't be like the lady that complained about the couch that SHE ordered not fitting through her door.

Highly disappointed, after reading all the positive reviews & viewing advertisements about in stock furniture available, promptly told by staff upon entering store(who did not provide a name)they are limited on what is in stock. I understand COVID and weather has impacted the furniture manufacturing, and don’t usually make posts like this at all. The staff then after breezing through what could be in stock, did not return to assist in price points at all. Will definitely take our purchase else where.

Greatest experience with furniture shopping! I explained what I wanted, Jason showed me exactly that, along with the various colors and sets and then allowed me to have time to choose! He wasn’t hovering and allowed me to take the time I needed to decide On the perfect set for my family. I feel like I walked out with not only the exact set I was looking for, but also a great price. I explained that I already sold our previous set, so he made sure our furniture was delivered the very next day! I am very pleased with the service and extremely happy with our furniture! I’ll be going back here for the next room we decide to change up! Very pleased.

I have always loved this place! They are so helpful but definitely NOT pushy and don’t creep around the store following you. They will let you shop and then when you are ready they will assist you and answer your questions and/or concerns. They have a computer in the middle of the store that you can browse all types of furniture if they don’t have anything in Stock that you are looking for. They sell the same name brand furniture like Ashley, and etc. that other stores have, except they give you better prices and discounts than the other stores, again without being pushy! I will always use them and definitely recommend anyone looking for furniture to give them a try....go in and give them a try, compare prices with other stores...you won’t be disappointed!!!! Definitely 5 star

This is a trustworthy store, with superb service, and competitive prices. I needed an office desk with strict requirements for size and colour but I could not find it anywhere online or in stores. This store can actually get its backend factory to customize its furniture from its standard designs to match the colure and add or remove parts to your like! And the price is very reasonable. I’ve never left a bad review anywhere instead just not giving them business moving forward but this deserves a review. We put 1/2 $ down on furniture ordered 05/02/20 and were told delivery in 2 weeks and to get rid of old furniture so they could just move new in without difficulty. In JULY the furniture finally came in “damaged” and we were told replacements would be in July 24 and delivered ASAP. Today is 08/01/20 and when my husband asks for delivery time the response is the store is closed bc he’s out of town.... just really bad communication and customer service.... got so much time vested now I just keep waiting...finally got couch try #4 undamaged and delivered today 08/05.
