Paid for wedding invitations to be “non-machined”. Every single one was sent through the machine anyway. The post offices’ response was “nothing we can do about that.”

I mean, it's a post office with everything that goes along with that, but you're unlikely to find a line here, which gives this post office an advantage over many others in the OKC Metro.

Horrible!!! Takes days to get your packages from here, after they are shown to arrive at the Piedmont Post Office.

Does anyone know how much it is to get a P.O. Box at this location? Not needing it for more than 6 months

Generally, service is good and carrier pleasant. However, of late mailboxes are left open and mail has been found on the ground! Further, incorrect delivery of mail intended for another recipient has occurred on several occasions. We live in Red Bud Glen Addition. Just ask for greater care in delivery of mail, protecting privacy and security of recipient mail.

I can always tell when they have someone subbing for my regular carrier when a package is supposed to be delivered. They're too lazy to bring my package and I keep getting a notice that no one was there even though as many as 6 people have been there all day. Thanks to Union rules we can't fire the lazy and/or incompetent federal employees which is a big reason why the post office loses so much money every year.

Very friendly and helpful. They remember my name even though I've only been in a handful of times. Small towns are the best!

I love the guy that works at the front. Very nice and helpful. Wish they weren't closed for lunch. But that's small town living. :)
