I'm Hispanic and felt I was put on the back burner many of times. On one occasion lady said she could not do my perm and another one lady rushed me in and out even after making an appointment. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time!!!

Not sure if I would recommend this salon. I loved the service everytime I went, but bought 2 sets of extensions $350 each. Was told shed hang onto them for me. About 6 mo later I messaged to see if I could pick them up and was told she didn't know if she had them. Then said another worker there stole one set, but she'd meet me to get the other. Then said the others were thrown out that she only kept extensions for a certain time frame. I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF THAT. I asked if I could get a free color since I was out $700 She agreed, but has not responded to my messages. Very upsetting. I honestly don't feel like there was honesty. I feel my extensions were sold and put on another client, but oh well.

I’ve been going to Pristine Salon for several months and Stephanie is my person. ♥️ She’s great with thin hair and provides such wonderful care for my hair. She takes her time and gives the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. Because I have thin hair, they usually just go around the ends and cut my hair but Stephanie takes her time and sections it off. The salon is always very clean and has many services to offer. I love the boutique that is inside now. It has the cutest clothes that are well priced.

Walked into the salon with a messed up hair cut from a previous salon and asked if I could get a hair cut to fix the guys mistake that was very noticeable! All the lady’s had appointments and was with someone at the time but not one of those ladies turned me down . Miss Keegan fit me in and cut my hair she did an amazing job I am not longer embarrassed to go out or to leave my hair down anymore, she gave me my confidence back . Thank you Keegan . But I also wanted to highlight the other ladies as well all the ladies in this salon is above and beyond amazing ! This salon is amazing ?
