I saw some of the more recent negative reviews and I had to share my experience. They jumped through hoops with our insurance to get my wife her test strips in larger quantities so she doesn’t have to go every month to pick them up. My medication was a little expensive so they sought a different supplier that offered it at a much cheaper price. You won’t get that kind of service at the mega-chain pharmacies. This is a quintessential small town business and everyone is super friendly. I’m really glad I found this place.

Used to love this pharmacy. Until 4/5. Went in to shop for a gift and I get my medication there as well they were always Friendly however Veronica is rude to other employees customers and the like. So unprofessional. I will be switching pharmacy I won't step foot in there again. I'm pretty easy going but her attitude was unacceptable and embarrassing. The owner should be ashamed and embarrassed. I like to shop locally such a pitty.

They were Out of my medication but told me they would call as soon as it was available. They sat on my script so long that it expired and never bothered to tell me. Now I have to waste the time and money to go get another prescription from the doctor and then take it to a pharmacy that will actually fill it.

I couldn’t ask for a better pharmacy. They’re super friendly and super competent and knowledgeable; even the techs. They always have prescriptions ready, and only takes them about 10mins if they aren’t ready. The only downside is they are a little pricey when it comes to prescription costs without insurance, which is expected since they’re a non-chain pharmacy.

This is hands down the best pharmacy/store. The pharmacists Travis and Michael are not just helpful but, so kind. I know that when I have a question, it's going to be answered with patience and understanding. The entire staff is amazing. When they don't have something in stock, they track it down for you. They will personally call you back. Thank you!

My husband and I needed tetanus boosters (here in the height of CoVid 19 hysteria/flu season) and were ecstatic to be able to get our shots right down the road at Piedmont Pharmacy-Gifts instead of the waiting room (petri dish!) at the convenient care clinic. The pharmacist who administered the shots did a great job. Highly recommended!
