Went here, because the surgery procedure was going to be cheaper than our normal vet, Banfield... Worst decision ever. On our first and only visit, our dog died in the kennel overnight while in their care. All we have are his ashes. Never got any real explanation of what went wrong, and still had to pay them. Could have been a freak thing that couldn't be controlled... We were told everything went well during surgery, but the next day we got a call saying he died. Not acceptable. It was not his time to go, and we still miss him greatly.

This place is small town great! Dr. Bacca and her team are awesome with our pets. We have been customers since we moved to piedmont 10 years ago and we have never had a bad experience with service.

Good vet and staff, very caring for sick or injured pets/little family member dog or cat. Reasonably priced for procedures and meds, we have used them over 20 yrs.
