I had not worked out consistently since 2019. When I walked through the doors I saw smiles heard laughter and saw happy women lifting each other up. I drive 20 minutes each way to get here and every time I leave I feel inspired and like I can be a better women that day. It’s truly one of the best places on earth! They have improved my physical and mental health. Anyone can do it here no matter your age or size.

I had so much fun during the dance class. I don’t remember smiling or laughing while working out ever before. I feel this will give me a jump start on life and for my mental health. It’s totally out of my element but I left feeling alive and accomplished.

Fun!! Fun!! Fun!! I'm so happy I finally started classes here. All of the women who workout are kind & welcoming. Meagan the owner has great energy as do all of the instructors. The 5:15am classes make it easy to get a workout in before your crazy day starts.

Love love love this place! It’s my happy place. The trainers truly care about us not just our fitness journey, but our lives and our families. The heart beat behind this gym is so so big! I'm so glad my friends talked me into coming here to work out. Everyone is so nice, it's comfortable for any level and the trainers are so excellent at making you feel like you're exactly where you should be! I went one day to try it out and have been going ever since

I wasn't sure what to expect from the Body Sculpt class. It was a great class. Very difficult. I will be sore tomorrow. There were modifications you can do if you need too. It was a class that all levels could do just depending on what weights you use and how many breaks you take. The instructor was good and she was funny. I really enjoyed her. The other ladies in the class were friendly. I enjoyed it.
