“I dropped my phone in water and tried to dry it out in a bag of rice(not recommended. I walked into the phone shop and the gentleman was very helpful and thorough in making sure everything was addressed. Things ended happily when he was able to remove a single grain of rice from my charge port. Two thumbs up for the Phone Shop!”

I told him my issue that I was having with my phone and he immediately knew what to do and how to resolve the problem. I was in and out of the AT&T store in less than 30 minutes much to my surprise. “Good refurb shop, I'll likely return. I put off buying just bc I needed more time with a project I'm working on but they had a lot of stock to pick from. My only sticking point is their shop warranty is 14 days and the restock fees listed for returns were a little offputting so I want to make sure I know exactly what I want before purchasing.”
