“I recently visited this CFCU branch to open a CD. The Black Friday rate was 6% on a 6 month term, so I expected a slightly busier-than-usual lobby and didn't mind the short wait to ink the deal.While I was waiting, I witnessed all three Member Service Reps at the desk take care of additional clients with smiles fit for the holiday season. My experience with Sr MSR Cade to open the CD was excellent and quite worth the wait. He presented himself as friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive.Overall, it was a great first impression from a financial institution.”

“After trying several branches in the OKC area to open a promotional CD I finally go into this one. within 20 seconds of walking in I was sat with a account person Stephanie Cisneros. She understood what I wanted immediately and made sure everything was correct and done properly, I even go to listen to the teller staff interact with other customers and the interaction was patience personified and very respectful.”

“I’m glad I waited to write my review because today’s experience was so much better than the experience I had Saturday. I went in to speak to them in regards to opening up a business account on Saturday. The lady that helped me was very dry, limited personality, and that’s OK. Some people are just like that, but she offered no explanation of documents was just saying sign here sign here, and was very interested in having me open a personal account as well. Because I wasn’t pleased with her service I didn’t want to give her any more of my business when I got home and review the documents I had even more questions, so I went back today spoke to a gentleman by the name of Mario Reyes who was awesome. I’m glad he was able to change my experience.”
“I don’t write many reviews but I have to make an exception. The people who work at this branch are some of the most professional and nicest people to deal with. So glad to see you changed branch managers. Linda goes above and beyond every time I go there. Always courteous and definitely knows her stuff. I’ve seen the staff show great restraint when dealing with bad customers (especially with the one that always seems to be there when I am and has their kid running all over the branch touching everything and the parent does nothing to control the kid). If all your branches have these kinds of employees, you guys are doing something right. So don’t change the staff on me or I will not be a happy banker any more.”

“Very helpful. It’s really convenient to do my banking and shop for groceries at the same time. The piedmont location just feels like a home town bank . And the Waterford location everyone at that bank knows my name. It’s nice to go into a bank in okc and people that work there recognize me and always greet me with a smile and they no my name. I know I said that twice but it very important to me not to be considered just another number. Thanks for always going out of your way for me .”
