I swear that the only people who stock the drinks are the vendors that deliver them once a week. 5 days straight there hasn’t been Red Bulls in the cooler, you can see them in the back still wrapped up in cases.Trash cans are always overflowing. Pumps are always broken. Store is a cluttered mess. Staff is just interested in playing on their phones. This location is a mess.

Gas pumps are awful and almost always seem to have issues. Ordered a pizza on the app using points and they took the order and the points and got no pizza because they turned the oven off…..absolute idiots

Never stocked, no deals on anything. Like energy drinks or some drinks. Trash is always full. Small toen gas stations are usually nice. This is trashy. Managers should be canned.

Gas pumps....why do they never work here? I've been to every state in the lower 48 and besides New Jersey where it is illegal to pump your own gas...THIS gas station has the worst pumps I've ever experienced. Casey's rewards points. I bought a pizza one night using rewards points only for them to call me and said they shut the kitchen down at the same time and couldn't refund my points. Since Casey's rewards points were the last inkling of hope they had to keep me as a patron is gone, I have no reason to stop here anymore. I literally live in the neighborhood behind Casey's and will not stop here anymore. 7-11 is a short 4 miles away and always has working gas pumps.

Everytime I go to this Casey’s in Piedmont and get gas there’s never any paper to get a receipt. They tell me that they’re down i’ve heard that story for a year. when I can hear them running and there’s no paper I have to go inside and get a receipt everytime. The other day I used my card to get gas and the pump wouldn’t work I tried it twice I went inside to tell the clerk that I needed gas he had to take his hood off his head and his EarPods out of his ears to hear me I went back out to pump gas didn’t work. I went back inside and told him the pump wasn’t working and I’d moved to another pump. I spent at least 30 minutes there , you need to have the pumps fixed or have the employees go outside once in a while and put paper in the pumps. I don’t need any apologies just results.

Clean and convenient. Amazing staff. I would give 5 if it wasn’t so HOT in there. Turn on the AC for your employees!!! 100%not okay to make them work in those conditions. They were a great staff on my visit. Top notch. But fix the AC!!!

Pay-at-the-pump wasn't working. No option but to pre-pay. Not convenient when you need to fill up. Fix yer stuff.

If only zero stars was an option takes 40 minutes to get a pizza in the oven when they said 15 minutes it will be ready then ignore me when I ask for a refund

This location is a no go. One of my coworkers went to a different location (not sure which one but I will definitely have to ask) and ordered a BBQ Brisket pizza. I had never had a pizza from a Casey's but the BBQ brisket pizza was actually fantastic. I decided to get a small one from the Casey's near my house and it was TERRIBLE! There was hardly any meat on it, barely any sauce (both bbq and ranch). It was basically a jalapeño pizza. I had to pick jalapeños off and it was still covered in them. In the photo you can see the PILE of jalapeños I pulled off and see that there are still quite a few jalapeños still on the pizza. Not to mention the fact I waited over five minutes for one of the employees to even acknowledge that I was waiting to pick up my order. This was very disappointing and if this had been the first time trying this I would never get pizza from Casey's again. I will just have to try a different location.

Staff is to worried about what their gonna do tonight with their friends. Bathrooms are always nasty. 50-60% of the pumps don't work to pump gas (consistently) sacks over the pumps! Parking lot has gum stains all over it. Manager has a bull ring piercing and seems clueless most days. I will say she is nice to everyone so that's at least a plus.

First the gas pumps were stealing card numbers now you have to go in to buy gas. Nope I’ll just go somewhere else.

This place can't get their stuff together. Want gas? Good luck. About 50% percent of the time, pumps have bags on them. The rest of the time, credit card readers do not work. They always say "all their stores are having the same problem, it's a software issue." Not true. Never have issues at the other Casey's. Today, Sunday, we go to get some donuts for the family before church. They don't have any. It sucks because I would rather shop here than our other convenient stores. I've been forced lately to shop other places.
