“I “ordered” flowers to be delivered for my daughter’s birthday a few days prior. On the morning of her birthday she had a bad start to her day, so after our phone call I double checked her surprise cake order and flower order to make sure everything was ready to be delivered. It was then that I noticed my flower order did not go through (my fault) and I was really disappointed. I called Garden Party to check and I indeed did not complete my transaction online. The girl I was on the phone with (I wish I would have asked for her name) was so sweet and easy to talk to. She not only helped me with my order, but helped this mom’s anxiety about missing her daughter’s first birthday away from home. I chose the florist pick bouquet and it did not disappoint! My daughter received her flowers within 3 short hours and they were stunning! Garden Party Florist will have my business for as long as my daughter is at OSU!”
