It’s been awhile since I’ve been in there but I guess there’s new staff! Both people working register was very hateful. If you want people’s business then try working on your customer service skills a little bit. The old staff has always been so nice!

Store was great, and most the staff was friendly. MOST. They helped me and took me to everything I asked for without a slip of a beat. From the gentleman even helping explain the price difference in the jeans and helping me get the best deal, to the young lady that checked me out. Only reason I am giving 5 stars instead of 3 is due to the older woman who was blatantly rude. I asked if there was any jeans my size and she said “ i don’t know, id have to use my eyes and look. Everything we have is out. Did you see any, cause if not then no”. That just is not the way to help a customer. It’s been a few days of wondering if I should leave a review with the new management, but I feel like I should let you all know. Great store, just steer clear of the old hag.

This particular Sharpe’s is always so so Friendly and organized and I LIKE to shop! But I do not care to dig and organize so I can see or find what I’m looking for! So I really do enjoy going shopping there! And the STAFF they are always so helpful and knowledgeable of all the different kinds of clothing, jewelry, and the what’s new in styles! Sharpe’s has a variety of mens, women, and children appeal! And you will not break the bank on just one or two items!! I highly recommend this store in Paul’s Valley!! Tell them Cassie sent ya!!
