This place is horrible changed my whole deal on me me two weeks after I had already signed paperwork and drove my new vehicle home. On top of that they didn't pay my trade off for over 45 days and now my perfect credit has a hickey on it. Now I have had to result to getting my lawyer involved and am going to file a suit against them. I hope this review helps someone from letting this joke of a business keep from ruining their new car experience. Sincerely, Parker S

Deceptive. No communication whatsoever. Don't keep their word at all. Trust the other one stars. Buy elsewhere!

ZERO STAR RATING!!!!!!! They claim to tahr care of their veterans and emergency responders.... lie after lie, after lie. very disgusting to know they'll try to pride themselves with this just to screw over their customer.if you want the worst car buying experience of your life, then go here. 2017 F250 King Ranch w/ultimate interior lifted with 40" tires. Truck showed zero issues in pictures, that's because they photoshopped the pictures to remove any issues. Upon physically Inspecting the truck it had a scratch on the passenger door to the metal $2500, broken tail light $1000, cracked front and rear sun roof glass $3000, usb ports inside the truck not working, engine light for MAF, deep scratches in the front tires where they rubbed the bumper, then a lovely steering wheel wobble. I asked to see the 130+ point ford inspection report and h was told they would have to find it. I never received this after asking 6 different times for it. They pencil whipped everything they could to throw this truck back on the road. Truck was priced 15k over market value everywhere and for what? I talked them down on price and it was agreed they would fix all things wrong. Next day they tried to act like nothing was ever agreed on etc but unknown to them I recorded all of our conversations. After a solid month of arguing back and forth they wrote me a hush money check of $3500. I was given a tail light from a different truck and it wasn't programmed to my vin so from that point forward adaptive cruise and blind spot detection didnt work. They told me the warranty would cover the steering issue, tires, cruise etc and they LIED about every single thing. I was charged $500 from ford fleet for them to tell me what I already told them was wrong with the truck. I received an offer for the truck so I wanted to cancel the warranty, get the new pay off total and then rid myself of this dealership once and for all. I get told BY THE FINANCE MANAGER after canceling the warranty that it would be 5 business days before it's updated with my bank. I waited. Nothing. I call the warranty company and ask if they're the ones who handle this and they said no it's the dealer. I call the dealer again and speak to a finance manager, I get told this time that it will take anywhere from 30-90 days for one form to be faxed to my bank!!!!!!! HAHAHA I mention the previous statement of 5 days, I get put on hold, then get my information I was asking for. His hard is it to do your job the first time? All of this id in the recorded lines as well which just shows they're completely ignorant and careless to pleasing their customers. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Service department is terrible, I needed just the back window tinted on a ford fusion, was told over the phone it would be $125, after I get it done they charge me $295 to tint just ONE WINDOW, and of course they didn't believe me about the phone call.

This dealership isn't even worth 1 star. Bought a 2019 GMC Denali. It wasn't riding good the night I brought it home so I took it to NTB the next morning...blown strut and blown shock. It took 3 weeks for a sales manager to call me back after multiple attempts, and they don't plan to do anything to resolve the situation except for me to drive 2 hours for them to overcharge me for the repair that's apparently "at cost." This vehicle should've never been on the lot in this condition. Shame on me for not doing more due diligence. I do not recommend buying anything from this dealership!

I'd give it 0 stars if that was an option. Worst place you could buy a car. Whatever they promise you is not promised even if it's in a contract. They will screw you over any way they can and do it proudly. Do not buy from here.

Unfortunately, 1 is the lowest star available to leave. Let's hope by the end of this, you can imagine why I would like to have a lower option.August 6th, 2022 my husband purchased a vehicle, even after hearing of a few reasons to look elsewhere, it is a 2009 Tahoe with 150,000 miles and overall the body is in great shape, we were pleased with the overall condition of the vehicle (this only applied to the cosmetic aspect, as we soon found out). We traveled 75 miles to look at this vehicle (one way), and were pleased with it, no check engine light or ABS, there was a warning for the park assist, but nothing else. Within 5 days of purchasing, the check engine light came on, and the vehicle went into limp mode, after fighting with the used car department, and getting the run around EVERY single time we called, they finally agreed (2 days later) to tow the truck back to the dealership and fix it. They did provide a loaner for the five days the vehicle was in their possession, at no cost to us. We got the vehicle back, and the limp mode was no longer an issue, although the CEL is still on, and has not gone off since getting it back. It runs, a little rough at times, but my husband believes he can manage any other issues that arise, just to keep from having to deal with these people any more. That takes care of the mechanical issue we had, now let us discuss the moral issue we have just been made aware of. This vehicle was purchased August 6th, as mentioned above, we have yet to receive a title (todays date is 09/09/2022). Both me and my husband have made several attempts to contact the appropriate person/s to be provided any information that may help us get our title, as the late fees began getting tacked on starting on the 7th. Today, my husband was finally able to get in contact with someone, after calling 3 separate times, just to be informed they are not, nor have they ever been IN POSSESSION OF THE TITLE! This vehicle was sold to us, with a lien still attached, and no title present. They said it will likely take at least another 30 days for us to receive a title, that they should have had in hand before selling the vehicle! So now, due to their incompetence, my husband and I will have 60+ days of late fees to pay, on top of the already outrageous price of tag&title these days. The Oklahoma used motor vehicle and parts commission will be getting a complaint from us, along with the BBB.Since discussing this issue with my friends/coworkers, I have been made aware of TWO other people who have been sold vehicles with no titles, and an individual who did not receive a title for SIX months after purchasing the vehicle. Is this really how you run a business? I hope anyone considering buying from this dealership reads these reviews, and heeds the warnings, like I wish we would have.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from them this year and have no complaints so far. They always answer all of my questions after the sale and I have never had a problem getting anything repaired. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from them in the future.

I just bought my truck not even 3 months ago. It's broken down 3 times, I spent 3500$ getting it out of the shop last time. I've spent 1000$ all together on getting my truck out of shops, it spent a week this last time and it's broke down again.

If you are looking for a great salesman, Tamer is the guy to help you. He made sure everything was taken care of with finding and purchasing my awesome truck. The finance department was great too.
