Always great service fast and friendly. They explain what was done and suggested what need to be done . I highly recommend the service department and my buying experience was great also.

After not being well answered on the phone my dad still wanted to go because the truck he saw was a good deal. We drove 80 miles to get to the store and the images didn’t match the truck we saw. Colt the manager, stepped over and tried to offer a solution we few other trucks above the budget, and my dad liked one. Looked at the truck, signed a paper with terms, and agreed that we would return to pick up the truck the following day. We went over again, another 80 miles drive, after almost 2 hours of waiting one of their sales guy came back saying that nothing was approved and the manager was gone and that was nothing he could do. He also said if we were in need he would give us money to go back and not complain.
I would advise everyone to avoid doing business in this place.

I am disappointed and shocked at my experience at your dealership. I would give 0 stars if it would let me. I understand I didn't buy a high-dollar vehicle, but it should not matter if I am buying a 'budget saver' or a brand new vehicle; a customer should be treated like they matter. Keep in mind I do understand that there are processes that need to be followed, and it is a business that is being run. However, all I was asking for was better communication, common courtesy, and consideration of my time. I was not asking for anything over the top or extravagant, just a safe and dependable vehicle for my wife. While shopping for a used vehicle, I came across a 2008 F150 here that was the perfect fit for our budget. It was late in the afternoon, but my wife and I went to see it. I figured we would either work out the details that evening or by the following Monday at the latest. We got there and got with a salesperson. It was a fresh trade, so he said we could take it for a test drive but could not do any paperwork until it had been through service and inspected. We drove the vehicle not 5 miles or so and found a couple of items that we wanted addressed before we bought it. Fast forward 2 weeks and a bunch of texts and phone calls, we finally got the truck, but there were 2 items they didn't get fixed, so we agreed on a check for us to fix 1 item and they would take care of the other. It is now almost been another month and after many texts, they finally scheduled us to install the part, but when I showed up, they told me they got the wrong one, but I could come back tomorrow. I can't miss another morning, so they still, after almost a month haven't delivered on their part of the deal. Maybe this all sounds petty, but I am limited to how much I can put here. I figure at this pace, I will have their deliverables by Halloween. The time it took to fix some tune up parts on a Ford truck at a Ford dealership is mindblowing. The minimal amount of items that were on the 'We Owe' from them should have been handled a lot faster than a month. I am still waiting on management to reach out to fix this as the salesperson has been taken out of the loop. I will never buy another vehicle from ANY Seth Wadley dealership, and I will make sure I tell everyone that asks that as well. It is awful that a person that just wanted to buy a truck for a fair deal was treated this way. I feel like my purchase was just an annoyance to everyone involved, you have lost a customer for life. Honestly, I most likely won't even come get the free oil changes that were part of the promise because I do not trust the competence of anyone that works at this dealership.

Our salesman, Zach Withrow, was terrific. The dealership staff were constantly on the go and making deals. They were all polite and very helpful. I bought a terrific Lincoln! I would recommend them for anyone looking for any of their brands. I drove from Texas specifically to look at Lincolns.

Seth Wadley Ford was a pretty good buying experience. They gave me a fair price for my car but what really sold me is the lifetime oil AND engine coverage.
The team is nice, and we were in and out in like 2 hours. Worth the drive and worth a look.

Horrible experience ..
Bought a truck off a salesman that works there and there is a lot of back-and-forth which made everything a hassle. I almost backed out of the deal because of it.
Then had the nerve to send me 90k truck that was on dead E when it got delivered.
I barely made it to get fuel. Completely unacceptable.
The truck has 3 markings on it that they didn’t show me before I bought it.
A dealer they should show you these kind of things.
They also never sent me my bed hooks for the truck. Completely unacceptable. I will never buy from these people again. BAD Business…

The sales person was fantastic every photo or request I asked for was provided in minutes. After my selection the folks who handles the paperwork were very slow it took to long with hardly any person to person contact. The sales person tried to assist the paperwork. I am satisfied with the vehicle.

Definitely would recommend buying from them all of them have been fair and made buying from them smooth and props to Chris in the finance department just an all around good guy as well as professional.And gotta give Brad McRae respect for not making it feel like an auction going back and forth most dealerships seem like they have to get the last say so on price and I had another vehicle in mind I was going back and forth on my girlfriend liked better but Brad didn't do like the other guys I told him all I could give and he made it happen so props to Brad for making it easy definitely recommend.
