Paul’s valley automotive customer service is A one . They did a tune up and oil change on my 2012 ford flex. However I asked for them to repair the oil leak I had on my vehicle. I had a missed call from them so I returned the call back and then asked if they had taken care of the leak. As well since they were done so quickly with my vehicle. The serviceman told me he didn’t know about fixing the leak . I then asked if he could repair the leak. He said that he will take a look at it and call me back . He called back and said that he replace the gasket on the manifold. I went the next day to pick up my car and it ran awesome. Then next day when I got to work I noticed it was still leaking . So let me say they didn’t charge me for the gasket . So I callled him I. A Wednesday evening right before they were to close at 5 pm. And told him the car was still leaking oil , he said that he will order a manifold cover and then get back with me , I did let him know that I had to leave on Sunday to return back home 20 hr drive . And he said that they will be closed in the weekend including Friday . Which was fine but I could have returned the vehicle o. Thursday to get it repaired I waited for his call back . Never got one . So I let it be . My issues is when I got home the leak was really bad I had almost no oil I. The car . I had to get my mechanic to fix the issue. I would have returned the call however I worked nights and it was too late to bring the car to them . If you say that you did something or that you will order a part to fix it . Then stand in it . Money was no option. They do great work but make sure that you ask the questions and double check that the work you asked for. Is I fact done . So I score them a 3 because of the lie I was told . The gasket was never replaced . I am happy that I made it home or I would have been out of a car that I just paid off . Great owner great people with respect . However the serviceman lied to me .

Had my right wheel bearing checked out and replaced here. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and QUICK!! I'll definitely use them again any time I have work to be done.

This place is great! I broke down on the side of the interstate and AAA was going to take 5 hours to show. I called PVA and Dustin and Ashley both came in 20 minutes. Towed my car in and then drove me to Starbucks to wait for my ride. Who does that today? I ended up leaving my car there for 3 weeks--it needed a new motor, which Debbie kept me updated on. She is wonderful. The mechanics explained everything and everyone was very friendly. They all made the experience not so bad. I highly recommend.Services: Engine repair

And 1 start is too much for the review...Guy at the phone: rude, couldn't even take the time to hear a question when he was already trying to hang up"Lady" at desk: beyond rude, horrible attitudeHonestly horrible experience, just cuz car was taken there after a car accident, but for sure I wouldn't recommend this place to no one, and I hope I don't have to deal with that personnel again

I love these guys! I was heading to McPherson, KS and my Jeep was pulling a trailer and lost power. I looked up a nearby shop and ended up at Paul’s Valley Auto repair. They had me up and running in no time. I highly recommend, if you ever find yourself in a pickle near Paul’s Valley.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went in for an alternator and oil change. Got an estimate for struts and window repair. Struts and window repair now complete. Great service with fair prices.
