This company doesn’t stand behind their products! I ordered a Carhartt dash cover for our 2024 Ram 2500 and when we received it, I was taken back by how small and lightweight the box was. I pulled out the cover and it was made with the thinnest felt like fabric. I still decided to give it a try, and unrolled it to place it on the truck dash. It didn’t line up with some of the vents and there was extra fabric pieces hanging that had no place to go. It was so lightweight that it didn’t even form to the dash. It came with a few pieces of double sided tape. I am NOT putting tape on my brand new dash. For as much as we paid, you would think that this cover would be made with some quality and have a nonslip bottom. The Carhartt logo looked cheap and wasn’t even sewn on straight. My husband and I were completely in shock about how terrible this thing looked. I immediately rolled it back up (which was easy bc it stayed in the same curved form) and put it back into the small box that it came in and contacted the company about how dissatisfied we are. They wrote back saying, “Sorry this didn’t work for you. Here is the return address and return instructions are attached.” I am being made to pay all return shipping and they’re going to charge me a 20% restock fee. There was no packaging other than a cardboard box. It shouldn’t be my fault that they gave me such a low quality piece of junk that doesn’t even fit the model as promised. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

First windsheild cover I bought from this company came in and was pretty good, it didn't fit exactly but it worked and was well made. My newer car needed one and not only did it not fit but it was bumping the vehicles built in driving assist cameras that come with every model of this car... not sure how you can say this is custom fit and it doesn't fit...

Contacted a while back about a 2024 Sierra 1500 Front Bra, they said they will get back with updateds after getting them done...so far nothing 3 or 4 month later. Must be a dying company.

These people sent the wrong product and didn’t refund me for shipping and actually charged a restock fee. I didn’t order the product they sent, it was their mistake, so essentially they just took my money and I received nothing in return.

I’ve had 3 sun covers from this company as they work well for me. Decided to purchase a dash mat cover for another car. It came the wrong color, does not fit and was as thin as a napkin. I explained how it doesn’t fit around the round gauge cluster area, they want me to use more sticky pads which defeats the purpose of the cover. Those sticky pads damage my dashboard in my previous car, they leave a sticky goo mess that when heated up by the sun won’t come off. They made me go find a UPS store, ship the item back on my dime ($21.50) charged me a restocking fee and didn’t refund my tax. I’m still missing approximately $38+ and nobody will return my emails anymore so I give up. I will never buy another one of their products. I had no idea their customer service was so terrible as I have never had an issue, and when I did they won’t help me. Taking the loss and will never recommend them again.

Torree Gutierrez is an accounting clerk and racist as hell. Nothing related to this company, but unfortunately when you have a social media and want to be a trash can of a human being, people resort to other ways of making sure justice is served. Posts are on Facebook. She took down the business page, in which she was conducting business and then made her accounts private. Terrible human being.

My husband just bought a “custom” sunshade for his new car. It did not fit properly. After several interactions with Covercraft, he decided to return the sunshade. Covercraft refused to pay for return shipping because the item wasn’t “defective”. I would consider a “custom” shade that doesn’t fit is defective. It can’t be used. Poor customer service. Very disappointing!

Between myself & my wife we've bought over (6) windshield shades from this company. I just purchased a 2024 Mazda CX5 and ordered the windshield shade for this vehicle. I received the shade and when I tried using it, the shade did not fit very well and even when pushed into the dash and corners it still did not fit correctly. Covercraft said we were not installing it correctly like we've never used one of their shades before. If I wanted a poorly fitting shade or have to work at making a shade fit I would of bought something from Walmart, Auto Zone etc. and not spent $90.00 when I could get the same aggravation for $25.00

Got burned once before but this company with a low quality dash cover. And now again, yep i didn't learn the first time. They need a better method of returning should the customer not like the type of material or style once they have the order and actually see it in person. I spent approx 200 on order but it cost me 40 to ship back and 20 for restocking 60 total lost. That's the price of this lessons learned which i will share hopping it helps others.

I have purchased probably 7 covercraft sunshades for various automobiles over the years and have found them to always be of EXCELLENT quality. they are precisely made of high quality and long lasting materials, and they fit perfectly. i have used several of them for many years and they still look brand new. covercraft's customer service is also responsive and reasonable. the ONLY sunshade i will buy.

Extremely disappointed in this company now. Ordered a “custom fit” car cover and after waiting a month for it, I received basically a tarp with two pockets. Customer service was not the greatest. And after sending the product back, it took them 3 weeks to finally “inspect” the cover and finally authorize my refund. So if you’re expecting a true CUSTOM FIT car cover or honestly anything custom fit for your vehicle, i would 100% look elsewhere. Will not be using them again! EDITED: just to say, their response to this review was more information than I received the entire time I was dealing with this issue. Awful honestly.

I ordered a front-end cover for a 2001 Toyota Echo as a Christmas present. The style in the picture was not the style that I received. I only needed the LeBra but I ordered the front end cover, (which was $100 more) because it was the style I was looking for. When I emailed customer service, Kayla replied, “ They photos are just stock photos unfortunately and they do very depends on the car.” I would not have purchased it if I had known it was not the same style as the one picture. She said I could send it back for a refund, but I would have to pay the return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. It’s going to cost me $60 for the return, even though they admit the picture does not represent the product they sent me.

Great products, terrible customer service: I have ordered Covercraft products in the past and found them to be excellent. However, I recently ordered a pair of Carhartt SeatSaver Custom Seat Covers for my 2011 Toyota Tundra Limited. The product I received was a pair of seat covers for a Toyota Tundra SR5, which does not fit my model. In order to initiate a return with Covercraft, you must call or email their customer service team. I have been doing both repeatedly for almost two weeks and have gotten no response, so I am currently out $284.62 and stuck with a product I cannot use until they respond. Again, I have been very happy with their products in the past, and even receiving the wrong product isn't a big deal, mistakes happen. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired.
