Poor customer service. System allowed to book an appt for a vaccine that they did not even have in stock. Took off work for the vaccine. Should have received notification prior to arrival at pharmacy…. Explanation “we are working on fixing the system”

I dropped off an expensive package at the FedEx area at Walgreens on a Sunday which I mistakenly entrusted them with. They scanned it but did not weigh it. The package was delivered by fedex but the package had been tampered with and the contents stolen. So I suspect something happened at the Walgreens on 86th. They have not done an investigation. I think I will contact the local news to warn people to NEVER trust Walgreens.

Walgreens is a joke!!! Pharmacy closed on weekends when people need it the most.Must be all democrats to treat the public service this way

I waited at the consultation window and was totally ignored. To a point , the young woman turned her head when she passed by the window. I chose to get in the line, may be I would have a better chance there. No, an old white couple stood in front of the window and received immediate attention. I’m non white. This is the Walgreens on 96 St in Owasso Oklahoma. The woman’s name is Hanna. Worst experience by far.

I am soooo furious. After making an appointment here for 2 vaccines (Hep B and a flu shot) after arriving at the pharmacy only to be told by the pharmacy Tech that they don’t have it. So he sent me over 96th st. They told me that they don’t have it and that 86th St in fact do have it. I asked my husband to call 86th St and he was told by the same pharmacist tech that they do have it and he could get the vaccines today. I called them back with my husband on the line that’s when he told us that no one is available to give the shot today. Why couldn’t you just tell me that?? As a black woman living in a dominant white community I could assume MANY things? instead I will never ever go back to this pharmacy. They are very unprofessional I could say racist but I rather not.

I get my mother's medicine here and every time I have a conversation with these pharmacist they are always rude and treat us like we shouldn't be getting medicine there. Everyone in there needs to have a meeting about professionalism!7/18/23 switching pharmacy to medicap.

Don't go here if you want to use their pharmacy. I arrived at 5:58 PM and they had no information updated in their computer. I've never had an issue with my Walgreens in Collinsville having the wrong information but for some reason this Walgreens did not have my sons insurance card and couldn't manage to even get the information pulled up. Sam, the pharmacy tech was so incredibly rude that I had to go in and find out what his name was. He said at 6:05 that they would not be able to help me because it was past closing and they needed to go. I told him I needed my son's albuterol and I had been here since 558 and it wasn't my fault. They didn't have their stuff together. I asked his name and he ended up slamming the prescription door and yelling something rude before promptly closing it before I could respond. There was a woman with short blonde hair, and another woman that was trying to be helpful. I have never seen such horrible customer service from any pharmacy tech before. They must be giving those certifications away to anyone now. Shame on you Walgreens for hiring a horrible employee. Shame on you other two phamrmacy techs for allowing him to slam the window down on a customer asking for his name.

Great store! Best staff by far. RUDE CUSTOMERS. I could never be patient with these customers forgetting to tell their doctors to send their medications.

Occasionally things go smoothly. But, a pharmacy that just decides their hours a couple days in advance, if that, is preposterous. They conveniently closed this last Sat & Sun l, and now (Tuesday) aren't answering calls even after being put on hold. I was able to find someone who could lend my mom a few pills she HAD to have, but others are not so fortunate. This is not a family owned fast food place, it's a pharmacy that deals in life saving/ending medications and I don't see any way they can continue to operate the way they do. Understaffed? Shut it down! It's not worth fking with people's well-being!!
