Their breathing machine stopped working so I had to call and get a new one and they said it would be 3 days.They then informed me that the store actually can call them and do an in store replacement warranty so my daughter doesn't end up back in the ER while a new machine would have to be shipped. Have them do thay for any machine you need replaced because it seems most do not know they are able to. I contacted corporate and they said it's 100% correct too amd to call them back if the store gave me a problem with it.

The staff were friendly. They got to me fairly quickly, got my prescription, and left within 5-10 minutes.

The young girl at the window is an idiot. She doesn’t know how to put an insurance information which got it rejected making me sit in the parking lot for 30 minutes to call my insurance because she said it was invalid. Finally spoke to the pharmacist with my insurance company on the phone and get it fixed he said it’ll be ready in five minutes pulled back around and she told me to come back in 30 minutes because she has other people in front of me. All the while I have 103 fever and they could’ve just told me to come back and sit and making me wait 45 minutes in the parking lot.

You have an employee standing at desk complaining about how much the CEO makes. Instead of doing her job then I have been waiting 4 days for medication that I’ve taken 16 years every day. They sent to my insurance over Ava over froze it up were Keeps being denied. I haven’t slept in days. Sick of this place. You want to complain About not having help but even when you do everything is screwed up. Had meds sent to other location they are shut down they didn’t call anyone had to wait all weekend Walgreens is a joke

All I can say is if you're looking for a pharmacy, run away! They are inept, there are MacDonalds that I would trust more to not screw up! During prime-time, like 8am to 10pm, there is aways a long line. They have 2 drive-through lanes but never more than 1 person working the windows. Also, seems a lot of people wait in those long lines only to be given some excuse for not filling it, leaving frustrated justnlike me. Today, they said 1 of my prescriptions was on backorder but when pressed, said they haven't filled it yet & it would be at least an hour. Went back & was told they didn't have the prescription from the doctor. Doctor said he sent it (9 hours before I went to pick it up) & I trust he is telling the truth.Good thing is wasn't for blood pressure medication because dealing with them will definitely raise those numbers!Giving 1 star because it won't let me give negative stars.....

I never had an issue with Walgreens but recently been trying to get new meds that required a PA. They sd they have sent them to the doctor. Doctor office never received. Went back and forth for a whole month. Switch pharmacy and the doctor got the PA the same day. Doctor office even confirmed Walgreens isn't good at sending Prior Authorization.

I can't say enough great things about this Walgreens. I initially came due to a family emergency and in doing so, forgot a few of my meds at home. They were able to furnish me with ample meds, have meds transferred from Florida in rapid time. I will be moving here and this will be my pharmacy of choice. Thank you for the excellent service.

I got the best service today from one of the pharmacy staff that I've ever gotten at any store. I only wish that I would have gotten his name!! Great store, nice and clean!!!

I went into this Walgreens yesterday at 1:30 to get a prescription that was ready for pick-up. There was one man sitting, waiting in the Pharmacy area, but no one in line. I stood where the sign said, "Wait here," as a young female "worker" played at one of the registers. And I waited, and waited, and waited. Another young female worker came over to her and told her someone was waiting, to which she said, "I know. I'm not concerned." They both laughed, and the second female walked away. I wish my insurance allowed me to go wherever I wanted. I wouldn't be giving Walgreens my business at all, if so.

3rd times a CHARM right?!?!? NOPE. We have been scheduled for Covid shots THREE TIMES. Everytime we show up they tell us they don't have any!!!! And TODAY the pharmacy called US and said they have it and we could come in at 9PM for our appointment. We get there tonight... And dude says "are you sure it was for today? we don't have any. Would you like to come back tomorrow?" Like REALLY?!?! THEY called US. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous!!! I AM FURIOUS with the INCOMPETENCE! WHO is in charge in that pharmacy?!?!?! This is not the first issue I've had with this pharmacy but THIS 3 consecutive really BAD experiences is what drives this review. There is a PANDEMIC and it is not easy to get my mom... whom is immunocompromised... from the parking lot to the pharmacy. And then once we reach the window we are told WE DON'T HAVE ANY. AGAIN! And THIS time the PHARMACY called us in to do this AGAIN?!?!?! Does someone in there get enjoyment from messing with people? I saw the name and birthday on the list in the pharmacy. So it was in fact at this location. So when I call the pharmacy AGAIN... the lady will be like... "well you didn't call HERE." Because the FIRST appointment they did this to us dude said.... "are you sure you scheduled at this location?" followed by "every Walgreens is out sorry"... oh and "you have to schedule your appointment the day before there are no same day appointments. I don't know why they are letting people schedule appointments." REALLY?!?! THIS VACCINE COULD BE WHAT KEEPS PEOPLE FROM DYING. Please get new leadership in that pharmacy and give that kid at the window a raise BC he has had to be the one facing my wrath BC his boss in there is incompetent. I'm pretty sure im not the only one he has had to deal with. And I cannot imagine what the poor kid has to go through working for someone like that. While dude is delivering bad news she's back there talking away on her phone ... never once turning around to acknowledge my raised voice (to get her attention) to that young man. It doesn't get much more unprofessional than that. DO BETTER!

Very disappointed. Twice, a pharmacy employee has said they would call me when my prescription was ready to be picked up (December 5, 2019 l, and today, March 22, 2021). I was never called either time and had to call and ask if my prescription was ready. Both times whoever I spoke to sounded annoyed that I was calling. I get it, you are busy. But don't tell me you are going to do something if you aren't. Especially twice. Because I can only believe there was never any intention to notify me either time and it's just something you tell customers to get them out of line.
I will not be back. There are too many other places to choose from.
