Randomly partially filled a prescription, not it’s impossible to get them fully filled.Bonus: Other pharmacies of Walgreens that are open cannot seem to transfer medications, apparently each Walgreens Pharmacy is its own independent unit.Time to find a reliable pharmacy nearby.

Don't go here if you want to use their pharmacy. I arrived at 5:58 PM and they had no information updated in their computer. I've never had an issue with my Walgreens in Collinsville having the wrong information but for some reason this Walgreens did not have my sons insurance card and couldn't manage to even get the information pulled up. Sam, the pharmacy tech was so incredibly rude that I had to go in and find out what his name was. He said at 6:05 that they would not be able to help me because it was past closing and they needed to go. I told him I needed my son's albuterol and I had been here since 558 and it wasn't my fault. They didn't have their stuff together. I asked his name and he ended up slamming the prescription door and yelling something rude before promptly closing it before I could respond. There was a woman with short blonde hair, and another woman that was trying to be helpful. I have never seen such horrible customer service from any pharmacy tech before. They must be giving those certifications away to anyone now. Shame on you Walgreens for hiring a horrible employee. Shame on you other two phamrmacy techs for allowing him to slam the window down on a customer asking for his name.

I’m so tired of this pharmacy, every time I go there, there’s an issue. Today I had a prescription for 30 days for $10 and the same prescription for 90 days for $80. And they refused to fix it. I just got my $10 prescription and decided I need to move everything to CVS.

Worst pharmacy in Owasso! Do yourself a favor and go to the smaller local pharmacies. I've spent about 1k a month here for over a year and I can promise I will never ever use any Walgreens again!

This store does not follow Walgreens corporate return policy. They do not have good customer service.

Updating this review (8/16/21)This place has turned into a debacle of epic proportions. An absolute sh*t show. We've moved all our prescriptions to Reasor's on 86th because that's where Angie, the lead pharmacist wound up, and we love her.So Walgreen's.... go ahead and cut hours and staff. We no longer care. We're done with you, and what Reasor's can supply, CVS can.
