Hubbs wanted to change me from our son's At&t plan to his Verizon plan. Was glad that this location was open for business on a Sunday.We were greeted as soon as we walked in by our very helpful and knowledgeable sales associate, Richard.He walked us through the entire process, answered our questions and made some great suggestions.He was very attentive made it a really great experience!

Customer service is great. People are respectful and helpful. Could use a few more staff/bigger store - very busy. Also wish Verizon didn't "hamstring" their agents so much. It seems like there is a disconnect between what they allow the store employees to do and access compared to the agents in the call center. It makes it difficult to get everything done in one place now, and some of us still prefer to talk to someone face to face.

I have been a Verizon customer for the past 26 years. The store in Owosso is the best I have had dealing with although the others have been good. Brandon is an exceptional manager and has helped not only me but others without hesitation. Thanks Brandon.

Terrible. Only wanted to sell me an iphone. Neither the agent nor the manager was helpful and really didn't care to help me. Pulled up phones on her tablet, stuck it in my face and said, there you can compare. Told me three times they work for Verizon and just sell for the phone companies. Absolutely disgusted with Verizon and this location. Go anywhere else.

Took 3 trips to get my Google Pixel Watch set up with LTE service. It should have only taken 2, but the employee on my second trip didn't want to make any effort to help me.

Although I like Verizon would be nice if they posted their actual number so I can talk to a human and not a 1-800 robot that asks for me to speak my problem into the phone. Post your actual number please. Cause if I waste my time driving there I won’t be happy.

Not a good experience this time. Soon as I walked in I felt like the lady didn't want to give me the time of day. She said a few words, typed something on her tablet and I never heard from her again. I waited a while, the whole time she was talking to the other workers, 3 piled up together and I can't get any help, needless to say but I'm going to, I walked out.

Anytime I need help I go here in person. This time I wanted a new watch for my husband the Manager and an associate helped me and as always I received excellent service.
