Everyone at this location is very pleasant to work with,but especially Landon is Amazing!! He really helped me get my number ported over from my old carrier (ultimately my fault for not remembering what correct zip code I had 11 years ago ?) but once we had it..he stayed on hold with customer service and tech support making sure everything was good on their ends. Landon greeted me farewell and then sprang into action to hold the door open on my way out :) such a gentleman

Hubbs wanted to change me from our son's At&t plan to his Verizon plan. Was glad that this location was open for business on a Sunday.We were greeted as soon as we walked in by our very helpful and knowledgeable sales associate, Richard.He walked us through the entire process, answered our questions and made some great suggestions.He was very attentive made it a really great experience!

I was just at this specific location in my lunch to pick up two new phones my husband and I ordered. I had to bring my two year old with me since my husband was sleeping and as soon as we got in, he wanted to run around the store. One of the Verizon employees a gentleman who's name I didn't catch immediately asked if I needed help and distracted him and let him run a bit and held him in the short time I was there. Honestly that made it so much easier and it was very kind and sweet of him! Thank you so much if you get to read this!
