Owasso Post Office has poor customer service. It seems that their work policy is to be rude and unprofessional.

We have one guy that delivers to our area (Country Brier) that does a Great Job. We have a different person on occasion that delivers to our area that does not know how to close a mailbox. So, You get soggy mail, or it gets stolen. To that person, Bless Your Heart!

Whoever delivered my package today threw the box so hard it scared me and unfortunately my sleeping baby. Thank goodness the package wasn’t breakable or I would’ve had a whole different issue at hand. USPS should care more about their deliveries and how they perform their job for residents.

I was amazed at the smarmy appearance of the postmaster when I met him. He gave me the creeps. I was in with a group, on a discussion and he bald faced lied. Management has issues that are helping to cripple this station.

The absolute worst place I've ever worked. If anyone is thinking about about getting a job, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Management and most coworkers were horrible and carried little or no work or personal ethics. The only time other women were nice to me was when they thought they were going to get my locker. They can't get decent people to stay!

I used to work for this post office back in 2017-2019. I absolutely loved it. I would totally go back and work there again if I could. I loved all my customers that came to the front. I absolutely made some great friends there. Even got a puppy from one of my amazing customers. The day I had to leave was very emotional. I truly recommend this post office for anything you need. I love ya'll and miss ya'll greatly!

John, the Postmaster, went above and beyond to find a receipt I needed to refund a key replacement fee from over a month ago (that I ended up not needing). I was just going to let it slide, but he took the time to find the original transaction so I could get my money refunded. I hope your efforts are recognized sir!!! Thank you again!!!

I had them put a hold on my mail on March 7th because I didn't want a package delivered to my apartment as I have plans to not be home the same day it's supposed to be delivered and I didn't want my $700 gpu sitting on the front porch of my apartment while I'm gone. I even called them the morning of March 9th (delivery day) to insure it would not be delivered and needless to say I no longer have plans today as the package is still on a truck going to be delivered to me. Thanks!
