DO NOT SHIP HERE!! They lost our $400 package & the manager couldn’t care less & wasn’t any help trying to figure out where it went. Also the guy that “shipped” my package, quit. I NEED ANSWERS OR A REFUND OF WHAT I PAID FOR THEM SHOES!!
If i could leave a 0 ⭐️ i would!!

I have been to this location on numerous occasions and have ALWAYS received excellent service from the staff! I have never had an issue with my packages being delivered to the correct location either.

The people that work here are typically the laziest and most unhelpful individuals that evidently do just enough to keep their jobs. Anytime I've ever asked them for help, they take a deep sigh and look as if I just asked them for money. I wanted to return a mattress topper to Amazon. They compress and pack these memory foam mattresses into a small box with a machine, so it's impossible to put them back in the original box. I brought the box with the mattress rolled up in it but sticking out the top. I thought they could put a box or plastic wrap over the end Of it, but the girl at the counter acted as if this was the first time she had ever seen anything like this. She had no solutions other than to sell me a $35 dollar cardboard box. I told her that it defeated the purpose of returning this to get my money back.She stood there with a blank look on her face. I dragged the mattress back to my car, I'm sure to her delight because she didn't have to do a thing.I

After 7 years of having a mailbox there with great customer service and mail/package handling, this year has been the absolute WORST in package handling of our packages (to where they handed our package to someone else and had to write us a check for the amount we paid for the package...the mailbox holder it was given to refused to return OUR package...because of the employee's incompetence of mishandling a VERY clear labeled package of who and what box it was to go to...that employee can't read a 3-digit box number and get it right!!!!) and today, has been the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service EVER by a woman employee there and she hung up on me when I was explaining what happened, AGAIN, with a package that says it was delivered and she came back and said to us that 'no it wasn't'!!!!! DO NOT LET THIS STORE HANDLE YOUR MAIL OR PACKAGES!!!!!!!!

Always exceptional service!!! I travel many extra miles to utilize this UPS Store just because of their Customer Service, which is consistently excellent… consistently outstanding. Ashley, Christa, and Brian are amazing … knowledgeable, attentive to details, prompt yet thorough, helpful, and they have great professional communication skills and boundaries while still relational and engaging… their interaction with customers is not scripted but rather from their hearts…Absolutely makes my stop pleasant… I always leave uplifted, knowing everything was successfully completed. Thank you UPS for Ashley and the other UPS Team Members at this store, from my viewpoint, they are awesome, appear to work well together, treat every customer with dignity and respect, which reflects well on UPS by providing the highest quality customer service!!!

I've been a box holder at the Tulsa/Bixby store for five years & expect and get good service from Notary, printing and shippingYesterday. Trisha at the store, calmly and professionally got the document ( a RUSH Subpoena) from my system, got it printed out thusavoiding a trip to Coweta and then back to Owasso to serve the papers. For a $2.34 sale, I was treated like I was the only customer.
