Tracey cuts my hair regularly. Skylar waxed my face and eyebrows. They are both wonderful. I love their selection of hair dryers and hair products. High end to very affordable in one store.

Went to ulta for an exchange and Daisey was so wonderful helped me out with every question I had. They are always so helpful and wonderful. They have won me over as a customer.

Staff is amazing and super helpful and sweet, but I felt so bad for the girls working upfront because it it’s at least 80° at the counter, if you have great employees working for your company that treat people well you should give them proper air conditioning, that’s ridiculous Especially considering that they have to wear black shirts and long, black pants, come on now.

Skylar is amazing she does my eye brows she takes her time is friendly ans definitely goes above and beyond what I ask her. She always takes my concerns into consideration because I've had bad experiences with other brow girls. She is my forever browgirl now ❤️

Olivia at owasso in Tulsa Oklahoma was such a downer she was such in a rush with checking out my mother when there was no one in line and was just being rude. She really needs to smile at customers and don't give people faces while checking out and entering I come here all the time and honestly really need to hire people who actually would like to help people.

I had the Best experience at this Ulta location. I got my perfect color match ever for my face,I loved it so much I bought more then what I planned and I'm so glad I did! Brooklyn is amazing! I come here every time I'm in Owasso. I live 2 hours away. Customer service is awsome here. I have a few new favorite products now. Thanks guys!

Absolutely loved my time at the Ulta Salon with Calli! She made me feel very comfortable and was very sweet and funny. It felt like I had been friends with her for years! I came in with a difficult idea in mind and due to my hair having color (blue) still in it we were unable to do what I originally wanted but she was able to work with my budget and she helped give me a fun new look based on that. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Calli!

I thought it was super nice that the girl who works at the owasso ulta that does eyebrows, makeup, etc come up and smash if I needed any help and I explained to her my concern over my eyebrows. She took the time to do my eyebrows to give me an idea of how similar it is to the “brow laminating” so I could come and get my eyebrows laminated and tinted. They looked the best I have ever seen them look and I have struggles for years to do something with my eyebrows that I would actually like and I LOVE the way she did them

Just leaving a little review because my mother went and returned a moisturizer for me and the people were unbelievably understanding bc she didn't have a receipt. It wasn't on the system yet as well but the manager and the cashier Alexa were extremely sweet and figured it out for her. Thank you for being sweet to my mother

I went to Calli at the salon. I had to have a complete overhaul done on my hair. She was amazing!! And she was so funny!! Absolutely loved her. My hair looks AMAZING!!
