I am coming back to my yoga practice after 2 years. I absolutely adore Sheridan and Sarah. Their burn classes are challenging, but they make it enjoyable. The melt and chill class are so relaxing.
The Melting Spot Yoga Studio is a welcoming studio that offers a variety of yoga classes. Ranging from hot to not hot, power to gentle classes.
