Went to the 5am hot yoga class with my fiancee for the first time yesterday. Courtney was an awesome teacher and we both enjoyed the class! Will definitely be back!

This studio offers something for everyone…from the beginner to the most experienced yogi. The instructors are wonderful and the studio has a real sense of community.
The Melting Spot Yoga Studio is a welcoming studio that offers a variety of yoga classes. Ranging from hot to not hot, power to gentle classes. The instructors are all certified yoga teachers and most of them did their training through our Yoga School. We offer Yoga Teacher Training as well. Come check us out. You will be so glad you did!
