As I have used Tate Boys for years. They always keep it honest with me. This visit was for an oil change. They completed the oil change and told me I have some other issues that can wait until my next oil change. I was not pressured at all about the other things that I needed.

Tire was separating randomly this morning, called around for pricing and Tate Boys had the best deal on a set of 4 in the Owasso/Collinsville area. Comes complimentary with free tire rotations and a great warranty. Will be the first call when we are in need of tires again.

Dishonest and try to hide pricing. Once you are taken back by how much they charge, they offer to reduce the price. Poor communication on what to consider when they tell you of the issues they find.

Taking advantage of the half price oil change, tire rotation and inspection on my 2000, F150 today at Tate Boys. It was reported the idler arms were in need of replacement. I'm so grateful for the inspection that found the issue before I got stranded somewhere. So much for a half price oil change, but happy they not only found the issue but were able to complete the repair same day!

place is a rip off. This is Owasso Ok not Beverly Hills. I was a loyal customer until today. Charged my fiance 75 dollars to put on a belt that literally takes 30 seconds to install and charged his 40 bucks for a 14 dollar belt. In all her water pump cost 900 bucks for labor and parts. it shouldn't have been 1/2 that. Won't go back, not even for an oil change. You lost a customer today! And I'll make sure everyone knows you are a rip off.

These guys are ALWAYS helpful and ‘go above and beyond’ to serve their customers! They might not be the cheapest option, (in some cases they are!), but they are always the BEST option!

Got 1 rim and all new tires replaced. They failed to tell me that the new lugs were 10 point. So now I can only change one side of my breaks till Monday.
