The lady cutting my hair did not follow my directions at all. She wasn’t incredibly rude but did start complaining about how many times i told her what i wanted because I was nervous. I was right to be nervous because she clearly didn’t know or just didn’t care even though she was getting fed up about it. She cut it way too short. I am never going back here. Please whatever you do, do not go to this salon ever. Just get your own barber. Even if you go here and they always do it will, they will mess it up eventually I promise you.

Ask for the same cut but every time is completely different. Apparently they hire people straight out out of getting a license which is easy to get. Almost comes out of a cracker box. Can’t fade. Can’t even do an even cut with scissors. And to top it off, their hours close at 7pm on Sunday but are closed at 6. DO BETTER HIRE BETTER. Would give zero or negative stars if possible. Been giving this store multiple chances with multiple stylists over multiple years and no positive consistency.Service: Haircut

I took my son in for a hair cut on May 2nd. We wanted long side curtains. The stylist butchered his hair so bad our only option was a short side sweep. They would not give us a refund and only gaves us the corporate number after directly asking for it. The manager Kami was unhelpful and her employee Erin Starr does not seem to know how to cut hair and or fallow direction. I've gone to this location for years, for some reason, despite mediocre and inconsistant hair cuts. But this really is bad. This was supposed to be his hair cut before starting school for the first time and now he is stuck with something he doesn't like.

Took my daughter in for her 17th birthday she basically just wanted a trim and her bangs cut. She has curly hair we told them her hair shrinks when dry so we asked if they would cut her bangs a little long but they were cut way too short once her hair dried her bangs shrunk way above her eyebrows which the stylist assured my daughter would not happen.

Nice to know this business is employing thieves.My mother went to get a haircut there and they stole 300 dollars from my mother’s wallet.She spoke to the company and they say the cameras were conveniently off when this happened and “no one said they did”. And they refuse to help any further.Disgusting. Do no go here unless you want to loose more than a few inches of hair.
