Been trying to get an alignment for about 3 months, they never can because of one excuse after another. I will just take my business to a place that respects my time and is available when people need them to be
Edit: many alignments every day? i once woke up early to take it in at opening like i was told the day before when i was turned away and waited about 2 hours just to be told you couldn’t do it. I dropped in another day on a saturday and offered to leave my car just to be told you couldn’t do it again and to come back tuesday.. i understand not having appointments but that’s not the issue, it’s the fact that i did as i was told and still couldn’t get it done. i’d rather pay the extra money and actually get my service done in a timely manner thanks

I can't say enough good things about Jim.
A warning light came on in my car as I was driving on 169N- "low coolant- stop at once to prevent engine damage" popped up on dash.
I recalled seeing a Robertsons from earlier trips to Owasso. I normally visit the Admiral or Brookside stores since I live in town. Jim, the manager, came out as soon as he could. He checked the coolant, added some and requested to look at service manual to be certain there was no reset.
It is no surprise that Robertsons has so many locations in Tulsa. They do a great job at a fair price. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic place for all your vehicles needs!!! My family has used this same location for 15+ years. Took a tire in with a nail in it,they not only fixed the tire and re-mounted it,but they did it all for free...took a little over an hour, but that's a small price to pay. This place is phenomenal, I don't understand how anyone could have a bad experience there. Like most with high prices everywhere you look,it saved me $100+ on a new tire. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Where do I even start. I went for a leaky tire and the wheels I have have an option for a second valve stem. After taking the tire off they added the second valve stem and fixed the leak and I leave. Then all of a sudden I hear a noise from the front of my truck then the sound of air gushing out of my tires WHILE IM DRIVING. The other valvestem they added was hitting my ball joint, broke the cap and broke the actual stem inside the valve and it shot out letting out all the air. Had to take it back to get that second valve removed. Also found a couple gouge marks on my wheel that they claim wasn't from them, but none of my other wheels where damaged, just the one they worked on. Lastly, I took my truck to a different tire shop to get my wheels balanced, and they found half of a broken valvestem INSIDE THE TIRE just rolling around in there. What a nightmare.

I rarely post anywhere on the web as the thought of putting out any sort of public statement comes with a standard bout of anxiety. However, a recent visit to Robertson Tire -- Owasso has resulted in an encounter that has motivated this customer to provide well-deserved acknowledgement.
This past week I had a slow leak in the left-rear tire of my car. I suspected a nail, as it has been so many times before. Over the years and through numerous cars and sets of tires, we have had countless visits to Robertson-Owasso for tire repairs. The result was always a screw or nail. I cannot remember a time when the situation pushed beyond simple repair at no charge. This one would be a bit different, but there'd still be no bill.
After making it to work, albeit a bit late following the repair, I noticed several strikingly visible scratches at the same depth around the outer rim of the wheel. Between the equipment used and the human element involved, I figured this was likely an accident that had gone unnoticed or unreported midst urgency to complete the task. Given these were dark-grey wheels and the scratches showed a sharp contrasting white while attached to a new (3-months old) black car, the first new car I'd ever had for myself, the visual cut deep.
Upon return to the shop the next morning, there were no dismissals or accusatory interrogations. There was a supportive defense of the technicians given the nature of the work and equipment involved. However, this was quickly followed by a conveyed intent that there would be pursuit of making things right. Shortly following escalated consultation, both the service (Jason) and store (Jim) managers found where the service had skewed from their own expectation, apologized for the frustration and launched corrective efforts. Needless to say--otherwise I'd have not started this report--I now see no abnormality when looking down as I approach my car to enter. What's more, there were no traces of guilt trips or smug comments to attempt to impress of any extreme favor or going above and beyond.
My wife and I have headed in for service with Robertson, both together and individually, for several years without feeling any variance in service manner that would fit the vision that might appear when the phrase 'small town hospitality' is uttered. It's one thing for a business to advertise that they treat customers fairly and provide excellent customer service. Many outfits claim to bring the 'local,' 'family,' or 'neighbor-like' approach. Robertson Tire -- Owasso has delivered these virtues for my family in a way that inspires.
Thank you again!

Slowest place in the business, can't believe it takes 2 hours to balance tires. Their guys in the garage act like it's their first day. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND

I have had outstanding service at Robertson Tire in Owasso every time I’ve been in. They’ve performed many oil changes for me as well as a full set of new tires and windshield wipers. The quality of their products is great but the quality of their staff and service is even better.

I stopped by Robertson tire after the dreaded walk out to my driveway to find a random flat tire. It was about 4 pm on a Thursday, so naturally, they were busy. I had already prepared myself for a long wait or being talked into buying a new tire. To my surprise, I was greeted immediately upon walking in. The tech personally grabbed the tire from my car and gave it thorough inspection, removed the obstruction, which punctured my tire and had me back on the road only cost was about 20 mins of my time. Thanks, your team is outstanding!
