My windshield wipers would turn off, and they replaced a module. That fixed it. Very nice workers there. I highly recommend them.

I purchased a Mustang out of state that had work performed at Pinacle Performance. The shop was very helpful providing information on work completed before I purchased the car. After purchasing the vehicle, the engine ran great & gets great mileage. I did have some questions regarding the 6R80 automatic conversion transmission tuning. Again, the owner Mike was very helpful in providing me with very useful information on the tuning and how to adjust to my preference. If it wasn’t for the fact I live 900 miles from his shop, I would go there myself if I had a need. I would highly recommend this shop.

I was a repeat family friend customer. They asked for a deposit, had the vehicle for 2 years, and like the other reviews, the owner had his employees lie and give me excuses when he didn't have any of his own, had to have it towed from there in pieces, and he had the nerve to keep the deposit, with more lame excuse why he failed and needed the money. Other place fixed it perfect in 7 days.DO NOT GO HERE ANY WHERE ELSE IS A FAR BETTER DECISION.I'll post the excuses on tik too and ig also.10 thumbs down!!!!!!!!!!Services: Transmission

The lack of communication and the abundance of excuses given were only topped by the exorbitant amount of time wasted waiting to receive a response. After months the script repeats itself and excuses and NONservice continue as if the first time you were fed what appears to be a lie months ago was forgotten and you're left to conclude they really don't want your business or to work on your car for any amount of money. Sometimes no response is a response. Thanks for nothing. I won't be back. Sadly it didn't have to be this way.

Lol I paid them to do a rear end and got nothing but the run around couldn't get any answers on where what or why then wanted my money back and got threatened in the parking lot to fight me by the owner for wanting my money back...great customer service guys paid and got nothing.... Absolutely do not recommend these guys to anyone
