Very fast and reasonably priced on getting screens repaired. I have been to them twice for two different phones. I would not recommend cracking the screen with a phone that has beveled edges. The Note 9 screen was much more expensive than an iPhone 11. Technicians are all very nice and professional.

Dropped my iPad off here for a repair on a charging port said it would be done by Monday welp here we are still haven’t gotten a call. Tried to call them they did not pick up.

Paid a deposit of 40 bucks so the phonedoctor crew could order the part for my phone on 11/30/23, the manager on duty told me would be 3-5 business days to get the part and they would call me and set an appointment to get the phone fixed.It is now 12/23/23 and I haven’t heard from them once and I’ve called 2-4 times a day for the past few weeks and cannot get a hold of anyone and you can’t leave a message for them to call back..very upsetting because my baby was due on 12/20 and I don’t have a camera to take pictures of my baby boy and remember these precious moments.. thanks phone doctors. Will be going up to the store soon to get a refund and take my money elsewhere.

I had a Google pixel 7pro with a broken screen. No one in independence ks would fix it.Larry at the owasso ok location fixed it quick. Works like new. Decent conversation too. Definitely recommend.

Came in to get the screen fixed on my device. He got it repaired really fast. But I couldn't go pick it up until the following day. Larry's customer service is some of the best. I highly recommend going to see him. Thanks again Larry!

I forgot to drop my phone off before I grocery shopped. When I remembered I went and talked with Larry. He changed my battery in less than 30 minutes. This is an awesome place and we will come back with any phone we have issues with. Larry’s customer is the best I’ve seen.

I used a mobile service to have my screen replaced. m(My speaker wasn't working correctly before I had my screen replaced on going problem) I went to speak with Larry inside the Reasor's on 116th Street and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. He replaced my speaker and also found that the previous repair place had left off or not replaced certain pieces within my phone and he was able to find some spare parts and fix it for me at no charge. I really appreciated him walking me through the process and taking time to talk to me about the things that should have been done.

Larry has totally taken care of two of my phones, iPhone and Android, that were smashed to oblivion and made the screens new, and beautiful again. Amazing customer service and so fast. He can fix much more than phones too gaming counsels, and even gaming and audio. Highly recommend

I would give Larry at Phone Doctors in Owasso 10 stars if I could! He is a lifesaver. My screen stopped working last night, so I decided to take it to Phone Doctors to see if it could be fixed. I live about 45 mins away from Owasso, but I remembered I had taken an iphone here several years ago and they did a great job fixing it. Upon arrival, I explained the issues, and Larry said he'd take care of it and would have it done in about 1.5 hrs! I ran a few errands in town, and then popped back in the shop and Larry had it fixed up and working perfectly, and ready to go! Larry seemed to be the only worker in the shop - he was taking care of customers, answering the phone, and fixing phones. I was impressed that he seemed to be the only one juggling the entire shop. Anyway, I will definitely recommend Phone Doctors to all family and friends who may be in need of a phone repair. Thank you so much for fixing my phone so fast. The fact that Larry can have it done within a couple hours is amazing!!
