I recently had surgery in Dallas, and returned to Owasso with non-refillable prescriptions from a Texas Pharmacy. My doctors was glad to write new scripts and send them to Owasso Drug for me. But the doctor said because one of the prescriptions was a narcotic, my Owasso pharmacy might not be willing to fill it. Apparently a federal law makes sending certain prescriptions across state lines difficult. The local pharmacy would need to do a bit of additional paperwork or meet federal regulations. Owasso Drug was glad to do this for me. This is the value of doing business with a locally owned firm. You want a great pharmacy using all the e pest technology and that knows you personally, Owasso Drug is the one for you. I would have been left writhing in pain had we tried to do this with any other pharmacy.

The owner of Owasso Drug is WORLD CLASS, I’m retired USAF & my insurance TICARE dropped small pharmacy businesses during COVID. The owner reduced the price of my prescriptions in a way that was OUTSTANDING, resulting in my purchasing from him ! GREAT MAN - GREAT Small Business that CARES ! This used to be a good place to get my drugs but these days they are always out of stock and very unhelpful about it. I guess quantity is more important than quality here. This is a very friendly pharmacy that may be able to fill some of your prescriptions if you are lucky.Last time I visited I got half my prescription and a hastily scribbled IOU for the missing half. Didn't even tell me until after I paid! Absolutely outrageous.

Have a son who has many meds that he needs everyday! I could not get them at other places so I transfered here! I will tell you it is so refreshing to talk to human beings on the phone. All staff are awesome, helped transfer all his meds and just have always been amazing! So glad I found a reliable pharmacy to count on for my family!

I can't believe I haven't already reviewed this pharmacy!! It is hands down the best pharmacy I've ever had. I used to go to a place that started with C and ended with S (3 letters) and had a pretty terrible experience there. A friend suggested Owasso drug, and honestly, they just kinda feel like family, lol. I'm not the sappy type, but they honestly treat everyone like they know them. Their customer service is exemplary, and they are always very helpful and kind. I love this place. I would work there if it was my field. My husband switched shortly after me and is also very impressed with them. If you're going anywhere else (especially a big box pharmacy) and you're near the Owasso area, you should at least give them a shot. You won't regret it. I've been a loyal customer for years.

My family used this pharmacy for 8 years when they decided their not going to be carrying my wife's medication any longer around the time of us mentioning to them that our insurance company informed us the pharmacy has been getting double payed on occasion and we were owed our money back....which then lead us to Trummels in Oologah, it was the best thing we ever did come to find out they carry the same meds but SO much cheaper than OD what I payed at Owasso for 1 week I can get the entire script at Trummels Check prices!! Needless to say we won't be back and it's unfortunate bc we liked the main staff.

If you are in need of pain medicine and are not able to find it at any other pharmacy, YPU WILL NOT FIND IT HERE EITHER. I was turned away because they are not accepting new patients. "I did pick up a prescription about 3 weeks ago," but I am still considered a new patient. Don't waste your time calling or stopping by. Best of luck

Went through chain pharmacy where they wouldn't even answer my call. This place answered right away and we're very kind great customer service. My family will be switching pharmacies.

Staff is amazing and they always alert when rx is finished, when it’s ACTUALLY finished, unlike a lot of places. They remember you and treat you like family!

Went in there for the first time today looking for allergy meds for my husband. Everyone was so nice and kind and made sure I was taken care of. The pharmacist took the time to answer my questions and even took extra time to look up some information online about the medicine I was looking at getting! The feeling inside was nice and even though they were busy, it didn't feel like I was being rushed or anything! Their store set up makes it easy to look at the medication options.I will definitely be back and will be moving my prescriptions there as well!
