EDIT: 5 stars all the way down to 1.Cashier comes outside, mind you, I have filled up at this particular station in Owasso for 6 years- at the same two pumps- now, I expect a “good morning” or something positive following eye contact. No, excuse me, I was met with hostility at 13:10 on March 22, 2024… Was rudely instructed to turn off my vehicle if I am filling up. Mind you, I am aware of posted notices (common knowledge and law), but I am not checking fluids, and I have other passengers in the vehicle. I hesitantly comply after informing her I do not appreciate this hostility and micromanaging of my assets. “it is management’s discretion.” No, there is no way management told this woman to instruct me to turn off my vehicle. Been driving a long time, been filling up here a while, 0% chance I will be returning. Lost your “management,” $180+ weekly in fuel and another $40 weekly in drinks/snacks and $10-$100 monthly in scratch offs..___________________________________If you don’t mind running on E-10, most cars are fine... This is the best gas station of Owasso- and generally the nation. This specific location keeps their goods stocked and organized as well as restroom smelling good. The Cashiers are alway smiling and sociable. Plus, Murphy’s rewards are very, well, rewarding. Happy with giving them repetitive business.

This Murphy USA was all right the only reason I use it is because I’m at Walmart plus member and I save on gasoline and I can’t use my local gas station because they have water in their gas so I drive to Murphy’s and get gas. I got snacks pop candy, bars, fuel additive, you name it they got it at Murphy’s USA. Come on down to check out this location. I don’t think you’ll be real pleased.

Tried 3 pumps, Filling up a rental car so not a very good idea of what to prepay. 1st pump screen broken so no prepay w card. Second pump, chip reader broken with an icon of broken chip on screen, no way to exit out to tap to pay, receipt just prints "printer ok". 3rd pump we began to pull up to had yellow plastic bag over pump handle.

Went by to get gas at 8:18pm on 1/17/21. I arrived with two women standing outside their van needing help and I get out to find all the pumps have been closed and noticed everything was locked up while the clerk was holed up in the bathroom probably waiting for 11pm to roll around. Won't be back.

My family and I came here to get some gas and the lady working was so mad that people were coming to the counter to purchase things she was throwing trash bags around and shaking her head while mumbling under her breath. If she doesn’t like her job that bad maybe she should find another one. She did it to every customer I seen while we were there. Very unprofessional and RUDE!

Please fix your Murphy Credit Card Insert, ever since the change in it, takes forever to get our card to work and almost every time canceled and have to do again. A nightmare.

One of the employees was tweeking! Not sure I want my credit card used at a business that she works at :( super sad because it is so easy to gas up after going to Walmart

Its employees suck. Especially the short haired blonde manager doing more to run customers off than bring them in. She's hateful. For years ive got gas and cigs here. I'll find somewhere else from now on.
