He really helped me get my number ported over from my old carrier (ultimately my fault for not remembering what correct zip code I had 11 years ago ?) but once we had it..he stayed on hold with customer service and tech support making sure everything was good on their ends. “First off and for most I want to say Sean is the hands down best I have ever worked with. This guy really deserves a raise. I came in with a broke phone and wife wanting a new simple phone. Over 2 days hey took care of us setting us up with 2 phones. By time it was all said and done my bill was cheaper than it was from Verizon (with 2 new phones). Coverage has been the same and I am nothing but happy.”

“I have been locked out of my phone ALL DAY LONG! I took it to Verizon to try and get help this morning. I was there for about 20mins and the guy told me he couldn't fix it and to try another place in town. Bummer! Went to the other place in town and the guy looks at it and says, I won't be able to help you but you may try The Phone Doctors in Owasso. He gives me a number to call them so I do. Guy on the phone says he would take a look at it for me. I leave work early for the day so I could make the 35min drive to Owasso and HOPE he can fix it. I walk in to the Phone Doctors and explain to the guy what's going on. Y'all, it took me longer to explain my issue than it did for him to fix it!!!!!! Larry at The Phone Doctors definitely made my day! He fixed my phone in no time! I will definitely use the place again if I need to!!!! Thank you so much Larry!!!”
