He really helped me get my number ported over from my old carrier (ultimately my fault for not remembering what correct zip code I had 11 years ago ?) but once we had it..he stayed on hold with customer service and tech support making sure everything was good on their ends. Landon greeted me farewell and then sprang into action to hold the door open on my way out :) such a gentleman ”
