I bought a couple of shirts while there, but one shirt I wanted was in their warehouse. Juliana asked me where I lived. I told her south BA. She promptly without reservation told me she would just drop it by my house on Tuesday on her way home, as she didn’t live far from me. I got a text from her this afternoon saying she would be by around 5:00 today. She then texted and told me it was on my porch! Can you just imagine a world with companies that took this much pride in what they do?
