My dear friend recommended Rich. She knew him since highschool, she said he would help you out dont worry he does amazing and incredible work. After hitting my van into 2 dump trucks, because of my head was in the clouds....dad passing and my health issues. Others quoted thousands of dollars and to go through insurance. My husband really upset and he didnt want to go through insurance. Rich did everything to make it so reasonable did a great job and is now a friend and my new go to guy for my car needs. Thank you everyone at luxury for saving my marriage.lol

I cannot even begin to explain to you how amazing everyone here is, especially Rich! This is the place to go if your car needs to be fixed, hands down. They did such an amazing job on my car, I'm still amazed. I have never in my life experienced such amazing client service and this is from every single person that works there. They made me feel so valued and it was extremely touching. This type of service is extremely hard to find these days and I will only do any future business with Rich and his crew and I would recommend Luxury Auto to ANYONE and EVERYONE! We had a Mercedes that had been a victim of some horrible body work with another shop before we bought it. We brought it to LAB and spoke to Rich. They did an amazing job at what I thought was a reasonable cost. Car came back looking like it should and you could not see any issues that we had in the past. Great body and paint work. Now I'm going to bring them my other car to fix.
