I’ve had multiple Kum and go employees speak to me in a very demeaning manner because I smoke vapes. It’s hilarious to give me grief when I’m buying stuff at your store. Trust me, I won’t be using any of your Kum and Go’s here in Owasso anymore because multiple employees have spoken to me like this at multiple Kum and gos.

The atm was down and when I asked the man (taller in stature, long black hair pulled back) at the counter to do cash back so I could pull out $40 (2 transactions) his response was "Yeah, no. I'm not about to do that. You can go somewhere else to an ATM."I didn't realize that it was THAT inconvenient for him to help me when MULTIPLE store associates have done it before. I think it was more the attitude and him immediately walking away from me when I went to ask for directions because I'm not from owasso.They used to have such sweet people behind the counter... what happened??

I love this store it's usually not super busy like all the other convenience stores are. You can get in and out be on your way without too much time wasted.Visit the 76th Street brand new location then you'll know what I'm talking about.

We were trying to redeem a lottery ticket for weeks. Every gas station would scan it a few times, and then shoo us away after it didn't work. We rarely buy lottery tickets, so we were unsure of what to do. We called Oklahoma Lottery, and they told us that the gas stations should be able to key in the ticket number. The staff at this Kum & Go were very helpful. They were the first gas station that actually knew that the ticket numbers could be keyed into the system, and they were willing to try. We finally cashed out on our $12 winnings!

We used to like it when they made regular pizza like pepperoni, cheese, and supreme but now they only have disgusting pizza like pickels on top, spinach and other nasty toppings. I'm sorry but most don't want that which is why your pizza just sits there now yet the pepperoni never went to waste. We literally came into your store 5 days a week before my son went to school because he loves having a slice of pizza there and I'd buy other stuff too and get gas but now we'll stop at QT where they always have normal, popular pizza. I'm most annoyed today because they didn't even try to help when I asked if they could simply make a cheese pizza for us like they've done many times before but today the lady just looked at me with a deer in headlights empty look. She didn't even respond so yah you treat regular customers like that then you lose business to places like QT that don't put their customers through this. If you just have to make nasty special pizza with pickels and spinach at least make the regular more popular kinds too so you don't lose your best customers. Also, when a customer asks you a simple question, it's wise to act like you understand English and maybe reply instead of just staring like omg you mean I'll have to do work??? Funny that the former employees never had any issues making a pizza for a customer but the ladies working there now apparently don't want to do anything above the bare minimum. Great job Kum n Go.
