This store is very clean, nicely organized, plenty of walking area if you're a walker and the weather outside is too cold for you to walk. Associates are thoughtful, helpful, and kind! Restrooms are clean! I will be returning to this store often to make other purchases whether it's clothing or small appliances or housewares! It's also nice to get a unexpected Kohl's Cash after some purchases!

Great store with amazing discounts. Have the Kohls app installed on your phone and just scan the barcodes on products. This will save you some aggravation trying to figure out sales items- which is about all the store.

They did have Black Opium and it has such a warm/suttle sweet scent. Husband loves it. ❤️ Sale's staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In and out two days before Christmas within 20 minutes! Booyah! ?

Most of the associates here don't know what they are doing. Kendall, in customer service, was the worst. She doesn't know how to handle a line. She forced me and another woman to get in another line. Even tho I told her we were in the right line for Amazon returns. Then a few minutes later an older much wiser woman came up and told us we should be in our original line. Kendall didn't know how to handle 2 lines at once, she should be retrained at the very least.

Item Pick Up. Received an email to pick up my item (honestly I thought Id arrive & they'd "get" my item). Oh No. I waited in line at CS, then was told go to the back of the store #_ _ _ . I didnt know why she told me a # or what service desk was at the back of the store.Went to the back of the store, 2 different shoppers standing there talking (I thought it was a line, after a min asked them, are you in line?) No they were looking threw their phones email to find a number. I told them I waited in CS line and was told a #, they said yes apparently you pull your own item. I looked & recalled the wrong #. The 2 gals called the ph# in the Kolhs email, & then both left & went to CS to get their #s. Then I searched my email for what # did she say.To sum it up, to get your Kolhs item pickup, you have to:1 go to the back of the store2 open your phones email3 read your entire Kolhs email as they are wordy, or find and open the black label Open Pickup Pass.Its in the email body & doesnt look like an icon, it looks like a label calling the email an "Open Pickup Pass"4 Icon then opens to another Kolhs doc that says My Spot Numbers + (umm okay)5 Wait for that to load, get your item #, find your item, done!Thanks Kolhs your email didnt have to be a wordy, 3 click process. Showing the # & the process in the 1st open page wouldve been spectacular! And if shoppers have to rely on their phones, to service themselves, your stores Wifi needs a booster.

The store was very clean and looked okay.It was very limited on employees in the store.I saw two employees on the baby department side of the store.I needed help in the shoe department area which I finally found a young man 5 or 6 minutes later that could assist me and he did and he was very helpful and pleasant.The checkouts was another troubled area.There was only one check out cashier and there was seven or eight people ahead of me and a small one behind me as well.And the girl was a fairly new cashier to the store.Which I can understand still being new and still learning everything it can slow you down a little bit and I do understand that part very much.Because myself I am a cashier as well.But a customer in the back of the line went to the refined section where there was two ladies there and told them to look at the line and how long it was and was there something they could do that's why I can only imagine the conversation was.Because one of the young lady said I can get the next person here.By the time I got to cash register the same young man that was in the back of the store to help me with the shoe questions was my cashier now and he was very pleasant got me through my purchase very quickly.But all the checkout lines were lit up with their numbers as if there was people there to run the cash registers.

Very annoyed with khols. The shoes I bought were the wrong size, came back to store to exchange for correct size and they didn’t have it, ask if I they could order them and they said that they no longer do in store orders. I went back to shoe isle found a pair that looked close and was the same price, went back to customer service to do an exchange.. they said they couldn’t do an exchange if it was the same brand (even though it was the same price). So she returned the item and told me I could order online myself, I went next door to show carnival and found the original pair I wanted, in my size for the same price. Tried to buy them and my card wouldn’t go through because the money wasn’t on there yet.I was informed the $ won’t be available for 48 to 72 hours.
