The entire staff is amazing. John E Koller has become our family and extended family store. We highly recommend. Kara and her staff worked with me for over a year on making the decision to customize and update my wedding ring. I ended up with a very special anniversary ring. We took my old diamond, customized another ring, and then updated my family birthstone ring. They do amazing work and no matter who assists, they always go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and take the time to understand and provide what you want. Thank you so much!

I needed a repair and 1 CZ stone replacement for a ring my husband gave me 20 years ago. Another store wanted to charge me 2.5 times the amount by making me get 3 stones when I only needed 1. When I picked up my ring it was beautiful and looked brand new! Thank you JE Koller!
