What a difference a great manager makes! Wendy has turned this place around and it’s now not a dreadful experience to go to the bank.Every single employee is friendly and very efficient. I highly recommend IBC in Owasso for your banking needs.

They have horrible customer service! It’s not just at this branch but most branches. They take for ever to complete transactions & sometimes they key in the wrong acct information so money is accidentally taken. Overall HORRIBLE banking institution!

I just left IBC bank. I had to wire some money and worked with Nancy. She did an awesome job. She is very personable and friendly. No issues! I have been banking here since 2003.

Although IBC has "free" checking, they do everything possible to rack up those Overdraft charges. I marked on the account I did not want overdraft. And I wanted my debit card to decline if there were insufficient funds. Then setup my bill pays to automatically pay all my utilities. And I forgot about them. It was nice until Thanksgiving. I get paid on Friday, the bank debited my account for all my bills Wednesday and charged me over 100$ of overdraft fees. When I called to complain about the early debits, the customer service person told me they didn't want my bills to be late because of the holiday. They refunded 1 overdraft fee out of 6.

Absolutely horrendous, I decided I would try IBC Owasso as it has a nice location and seems to be small and personal. I am a contract worker so I use 3 accounts to separate savings, taxes, and checking. The tellers at this bank cannot seem to grasp that concept. When making the accounts they had originally misspelled my name, despite them reading it off my license. When I attempted to have that fixed they put my cards on hold for over two weeks. When it was finally resolved each account was listed under a separate person, only sharing my social across the accounts.
My first deposit was solely into my savings account, and they put it in someone else's account entirely. I did not give them the wrong account number, they looked it up via my SSN. It took over a week to get this fixed and the money back into my account.
They banking app is awful, I could not use it as they had listed my phone number on my accounts wrong. When I attempted to go in and have it changed they gave me a number to call which I called 5 times over the course of the next week and never once got a call back from.
The worst part of everything is that when I would attempt to cash a check they would always put my accounts on hold for no reason at all. They act as if every check I give them is going to be fraudulent. When attempting to cash a check for under $1000 they would tell me they would place my accounts on hold, and after the hold it would take a few days for the check to clear. This means I wouldn't see my money until on average 8 days after I gave them my check. It should be noted that I had well over the amount of the check in both my savings and my checking accounts, and they would not use that money to cover and let me get cash.
The final straw that made me decide to stop using them is when I attempted to cash a check for $500 and they said it would be over a week until I could get the money out. I decided to tell them to just put the check into my savings account and to give me $500 out of my savings. (Since they were too incompetent to do this already.) They put the check into my savings account, and when they went to withdraw the money I already had in savings they said they couldn't because the account was put on hold due to the check. This entire problem could have been negated if they were to have pulled the money out of the savings account before attempting to put the check in.
This bank is absolutely terrible and apparently they have a very bad turnover rate because every time I was in there they would have new employees in training. When I finally was able to pull all my money out there were 4 people in training under only 1 manager. The manager was running back and forth from me trying to help the employees.
DO NOT BANK HERE. You will regret it. If you are experiencing problems here pull your money before they try to put your accounts on hold and make you wait.
To IBC: If you are reading this, I want to make it clear that your management at this location is appalling. The only person who seems to know what they are doing is Tatyana. Jose and your tellers are very arrogant and not willing to help at all. If I could give you a lower rating I would.

I just got an account here a few months ago. Every time I need to deposit not once have I waited less than 10-15 min. I usually have my baby with me and I am on the go so this is infuriating. I would have opened somewhere else knowing this. The weird thing is there is never a lot of people banking, I believe they are Extremely understaffed.

This bank is horrible, the worst customer service I've ever seen , do not bank with them . The clerks will take your check or cash then help the people behind you and leave you either standing and waiting or sitting in your car waiting , I was the only car in the drive thru and they started to help me then two more cars pulled up and they started helping them and they left as I'm still sitting waiting then a car pulled in the commercial lane and both clerks started helping them , so at that point I'd had enough and pressed the call button I wasn't acknowledged until the commercial customer was gone , I asked if there was a problem and they said no they just had a commercial customer .... this is crazy to me I told them I was first and had to sit and wait to make a withdraw for 15 minutes as I watched people who pulled up after me get helped and leave , they told me to have a good day ... I hate this bank and will take every cent out of it just as soon as I can , the ATM doesn't work either, that's why I was in the drive thru to begin with .... I hate everything about this place and hope someone reads this and decides to bank anywhere else ...
