There were about 6 employees I passed by doing nothing. Then as soon as I get to the register there were 4 employees doing nothing, standing around, and 2 others at registers. The lines were way too long and I just left without getting my items. Terrible customer service and slow.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Store is always clean, organized and well stocked. It's my go to store for gifts.

They have what you need as far as crafts but the workers are hard to find and when you can find them it is a HUGE inconvenience to them to assist you on what you're trying to find.
