I came in today panicked because my 2 year old had gotten slime in her hair. Like to the scalp, deep in her hair, thought I'd have to shave it, in her hair. The ladies working there today were AMAZING. They were so sweet with my daughter and took the time to get it out. They even were willing to go to Reasors for peanut butter to try that if the shampoo/conditioner didn't work. (It worked, and got it all out.)
They were so kind to me, who was quite distraught and we all shared a good laugh. So thankful to have gone to Great Clips and we will absolutely be back! I cannot say thank you enough!

Thank you, Shelby, for one of the Best Cuts I have had in the last 5 years in Owasso.
I have tried many other places and have had some good and some bad experiences. I will definitely go back and get my hair cut and styled by Shelby!
Requested style: #3 on sides blended with about 2 inches on top.

Requested style: I was going for a short Pixie cut, but the stylist thought that meant something else. We got that straightened out and it worked!
Stylist: Matthew was my stylist, and with a little help from another stylist, he did a good job and was exceptionally attentive to my questions!

Matthew did a great job! Have had my fair share of bad haircuts from this place but he definitely didn’t disappoint. Thankful for a barber that listen and can adjust to your style will be back to see him again soon

Alex & Matthew were great! Their personalities combined formed such a wonderful time for me at the beauty salon! They truly were laughing & happy to make EVERYONE feel welcomed & truly wanted! I can’t recall when I had such a good time getting my hair done with a smile on my face ! They made everyone feel special &!like we all mattered! Their combined energy should be a role model for customer service for all the other salons! My hair looked great & I was very pleased with it & their kindness also gave me self confidence in a way that I could as a human being as they really cared! I can’t say enough great things about this salon! My hair looked great & I left with a great attitude &!confidence because of their kindness! They should be very proud of the people they are as they are more than hair stylists & I hope the company takes notice! I will be back as I have found a hair salon I enjoy who does hear hair! WIN - WIN!

The worst expensive haircut place in Oklahoma I will never go back to this wallmart haircut of a joke place no wonder it's in wallmart there was only one person working the whole place so I waited 54 minutes on one person in front of me then I get home an find out the back of my freaking head wasn't even cut way way way to expensive 22 dollers for a shitty haircut never again way better cheaper places with professional workers in other places never no to great clips agin

I’ve got a few haircuts here and most of them have been great. I have my head shaved so I’m bald. The barbers have always done great and had amazing attitudes. Although today I went in for a cut and the barbers weren’t available so one of the women cut my hair, she used clippers to shave my head which left my head feeling rough. I also noticed she didn’t clean said clippers before using them on my head. From the little research I’ve done I believe they should be cleaned between each client and not just dusting the hair off. I’m not sure if I’ll return to this location in the future.
