The owner of this store was awesome! He repaired my earrings in a simple way I would've never thought of. His price was honest and less than I offered to pay. On top of that, he was so friendly and upbeat. A great experience! Do not hesitate to use this shop! 5 stars *****

Ewing is a great locally owned and operated jewelry store! What had me surprised after being a customer is his ability to stand behind his sale. We bought a watch that had a latch issue, not an expensive watch, but he fixed it with no qualms. Phenomenal customer service and a heart of GOLD. We will be return customers for many more years to come. Thank you Mr. Ewing!

This is usually my go to place to get my watch battery replaced as well as any stones that have fallen out of my jewelry. I needed a replacement stone and the owner said it would be ready in a week. I called back that Friday and It wasn't ready. I asked why they didn't call and he said they had the wrong number, even though I have the receipt and it says the right number. The next week was another excuse and the week after that. I never got my stone replaced but that isn't why I'm rating this place 1 star. Communication was never there and they had over a month to at least let me know what was going on and keep me in the loop.
