Update: Ok, it's 5 star for Sean, who's really trying to make things work for me. He was unsuccessful. :( He knows both his equipment and the unfortunate realities of living with cable, which I'll never do again. The corporate communicators lied to me so I've canceled the cable, while retaining the internet. Still hate COX.
Why, when I exchanged a wireless cable box, did Sean give me a wired one in exchange? Now the store is closed & I'm SOL until tomorrow unless I can find a piece of coax & run it across the floor from the modem to the cable box. So frustrated!!! I hate COX!

This internet is the MOST UNSTABLE GARBAGE I have ever used in my entire life. Pay for 500mps and I get 200 if I’m lucky. It’s ALWAYS down. ALL. THE. TIME! Any time of day every day. This is 100% a scam. Do not use this company for internet if you have a choice. USE LITERALLY ANYTHING ELSE! Go outside and exercise or contribute to society, but whatever you do, do not use this company. I hope they go out of business.

First off and for most I want to say Sean is the hands down best I have ever worked with. This guy really deserves a raise. I came in with a broke phone and wife wanting a new simple phone. Over 2 days hey took care of us setting us up with 2 phones. By time it was all said and done my bill was cheaper than it was from Verizon (with 2 new phones). Coverage has been the same and I am nothing but happy.

Sean, the store manager, was so helpful and kind during our sign up process. Our experience working with him was unlike our experience with several other companies. Other companies rushed us and were unfriendly.
Sean listened and responded to our specific internet/phone needs. He was efficient and patient at the same time! It was a pleasure doing business at the Owasso Cox location and we highly recommend to anyone considering it! Thank you, Sean!

Manager at COX in OWASSO, OK. 96th Street to be exact. Told me that if I was to get a package deal, he will lower my cost after a few months. I wanted to use my own modem and router to begin with. He told me this on May 17, 2023 and if I bring the Land Line and TV box back after Sept. 17, 2023 which I never wanted it in the first place he would give me a discount and i would be paying 69.99 for using my own modem and router because I was paying 129.99 for the service. The package deal was $158.81 for the Internet, Tv Box, and Landline. I went with it trusting he would honor it. When it was time to return it. I return it on Sept. 23. 2023. He told me that he remembers me and "The deal just expired yesterday" but he can lower my cost to 89.99 if i buy a phone from them with my existing internet. I was in fucking rage when he said it just expired yesterday! Told him to just remove the landline and tv box from my plan. He said it jump to $180 without my package(obvious a lie he made up) then i told him to change my plan to the lowest plan. He said i won't get unlimited data because it doesnt come with the lowest plan(another lie of his). I told him to just do it, i didnt care anymore at this point because I just cant stand people like that who would hustle me over internet which is a fucken service that I'm paying for! I hope people read this review before seeking COX internet plan with people like that. In my honest opinion, just change your COX plans online or change to another internet provider.

Cox is the worst provider, we have no service once again. I asked the service representative how long my cable-internet has been down for the past month, 4 days he said!! Does anyone think that is appropriate?? Go with any other provider other than cox they don't care about you, Only your money!! Try T MOBILE, DIRECT TV!! I WILL BE!

Drove all the way there to find out that the modem they had they would not give to us due to being different region however the gentleman were nice and the store was clean

I went to pay a bill and my wife went into labor right there in store. Bonnie and Kyra dropped everything they were doing and helped me deliver my beautiful baby girl. Bonnie Kyra Johnson is appreciative of the ladies in this store :) They took me out for steak and lobster afterwards to celebrate and I named them both as my baby's godparents!
