Kristi Russell was amazing to work with! She learned what we wanted in the initial consultation and did a great job with giving us guidance and recommendations. Her approach to listing/selling a house was unique and strategic, helping us sell our house within the first week. Her photographer did a fantastic job with pictures and virtual tour. She truly cared about us, well beyond of simply helping us sell our house at a good price. Kristi was exactly what we needed. We were only in town for a few days and she set us up with the perfect showings and helped us get an offer in ASAP. She then guided us through the entire process. It was super helpful because we were unfamiliar with the process in Oklahoma.

Loved working with Kristi Gatton - she was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. We had a really quick timeline to sell and close on our home (about 7 weeks) and she made it happen - could NOT have done it without her! It was a stressful time but knowing she was there to walk us through everything and always available for questions really helped. When we had an issue with the termite guy, we were on a plane for our son's school trip, I called Kristi and she took care of everything. The problem was resolved by the time we got home - what a lifesaver! And I didn't give it a second thought or worry while on the trip b/c I knew I could trust her to take care of it.

Made selling land and home horrible. Amanda didn’t even reach out after the sale of both properties. We took a loss on the land because of Elite titles fees which was ridiculous. None of this was explained. Signed the paperwork to finish the sale because the buyers had been waiting on the title company and for longer than stated. Never again. Felt bullied and asked for the paperwork and list of fees and still have not received them where they stated I was going to be charged that much in the beginning. Very sad.

Gilda Krantz-Smith was amazing! We could really tell that she wanted the best for us. There were a couple houses that my husband and I thought would be a great fit but then she dug deeper and found/pointed out things that made us go against said house. And I'm glad we did because she found us the prefect house. You could tell we were not just a sale for her. She really cares. She reached out to multiple sellers and went the extra mile until she found us the prefect home! We are beyond grateful!
