Worst experience ever!!! I had front end damage July 2023, took my truck to caliber collision and was told for weeks that it would be done that week and never was. When I received my truck the repairs were not right. The tires rubbed the inner wheel well and I reported the problem to Caliber. They blew me off for half a year and then finally took the vehicle back to fix it again. Now I'm still being told the repairs will be done by Friday, then next Wednesday, then by the end of the week and its been 5 weeks since "we hope to have it done by Friday". I still don't have my vehicle and I'm getting the run around! Never take your vehicle to Calliber Collision in Owasso, OK!!!!!

A plastic piece on my bumper was damaged and not replaced. They were also bad about answer the phones and then when I drive down there, the phone was answered twice instead of assisting me with pickup. Very poor customer service.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. Majesty was awesome every time I spoke with her. She was very knowledgeable and eager to assist me. The body shop team was diligent in providing status updates via text and kept me informed throughout the process. The GM Jordan Edwards was very helpful especially towards the end of the process and even gave me his cell number in case I needed to contact him directly. Overall a great team effort! Thanks to all that I mentioned, I'm very happy and my truck looks great!

Caliber collision did an amazing job fixing my SUV. The best service available with a lifetime warranty on the service provided! No issues with my car once it was fixed and it was running better than before the accident. I highly recommend using caliber collision.

My favorite part about this place is knowing that the branch manager, Jordan, has worked in every aspect of the body shop world. From detailing to managing, he has done it. That brings real experience and leads to great customer satisfaction. That makes for a great place to do business, or build a career.

My insurance selected the shop but if I even need something done again, I will come back to the Owasso Caliber Collision. They did a fantastic job on my 2020 Ram fixing what the tornado tore up. Thanks for fixing me up!

I had the passenger side back door replaced and they painted front and back.
I would highly recommend these guys for their work and communication. There's nothing else they could have done to make my experience any more pleasant. After the parts were ordered it took 2 days to complete the job and i know but no one else could tell that anything could have been done to the door.

I highly recommend Caliber Collision!! Quality work and wonderful service from start to finish. Jordan, Majesty and Cameron were exceptional - courteous, prompt and caring. I was kept updated on the progress of my car through frequent text messages and phone calls. I’m so pleased with my car!! Thanks for taking good care of it!!

It was a smooth process! They work closely with enterprise,so I got picked up to to get rental. Then picked my car up when done and left rental there. Very convenient I loved the convenience!!! My car looked great!! Very easy process!!!

They went above and beyond to fix my truck after a tornado in my area. They repaired the damages perfectly and completed a special request that they wasn’t even required to do. Highly recommend these guys in repairing your vehicle.

If you are debating between Foster's Body Shop and Caliber, pick Caliber.
I had just gotten my car in August 2023, and when a deer jumped in front of my car and I hit it, I was heartbroken. My family advised me to go to Foster's Body Shop here in Owasso, so I set up an appointment, got an estimate, and had a date to take my car in. A day before the appointment, they canceled it. I called them, and they refused to take my car, which resulted in a horrible experience.
After that, every shop I took my car to was booked for months until I went to Caliber Collision. I was met with kindness and given respect, which is very important to me. As a woman, I know there is a high chance of being taken advantage of by mechanics who might try to up-sell the job. Not once did I experience that at Caliber.
When I dropped my car off, I was told it would take a week. However, when that week passed, I received the hard news that some of my parts were on backorder. It was okay, though, because I had a rental car. They explained that the delay but in my eyes it was out of their control, they did not manufacture the parts. After talking to my estimator, Cameron, with patience and understanding, he told me he would call around and find the parts. And he did—two days after that call, he told me he had parts coming in. It took about a week for all the parts to arrive and for my car to be fixed.
I had such a great experience and am so glad I went to this shop. I left with confidence that my car was fixed correctly, and they assured me with their warranty. Great team here; I will recommend them left and right.
