DO NOT GO HERE. Absolutely horrible service, dealing with this place has been a nightmare. They left my truck with more problems than when I sent it in. Came in for hail damage repair and was told it would be done by November 15th. We contact them on November 17th and they did not even start working on my car, we did not get it back until the end of December. When I got my truck it had problems they refuse to look into after being told they would and then having the older woman at reception harass us calling us names and personally attacking us based on appearance. Disgusting behavior from the Owasso location.Service: Body & Trim

If you use Bill Knight. Do not use this location. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes and try to blame them on either you or the other people working on the car. They painted my car. It chipped and the clear coat bubbled. He said that it was my fault and that they were rock chips. Even though the side they painted is the only side that was chipped and bubbled. They also replaced my windshield and I have had trouble since with the wipers. Bill Knight Collision won’t again take responsibility for their mistakes. Would 10000% not recommend.Services: Painting

The lady at the front desk when you walk in was very friendly. You are then assigned a person for your repair. Not as friendly but okay. Took over 4 weeks for the repair. Had to order parts. Then discovered additional parts needed. Wasn’t fast but car looked good when the work was finished.

Bill Knight Collision in Owasso is top notched. They took care of everything, even when the insurance company was not being quick enough, Bill Knight got the repair back on track and got it finished. I have used them twice. They make the whole process easy and convenient. I especially recommend the Owasso location, the enterprise is right next door!! The lady who makes the appointments makes you feel like she is your friend and that she will get everything taken care of. I had a bad experience with the insurance adjuster and she made up for it!!Services: Painting
