Called Best buy first to ask about specific appliances. They said they had it and we drove from Tulsa to Owasso. When we got to the store we went to the appliance area and couldn't find any wall ovens. When I found an employee and asked for assistance he said they were short-handed and he had three other customers ahead of me that we would have to wait. We went to the front desk and they told us that they don't have any. I haven't been to a Best Buy for years and now I remember why.

I recently visited Best Buy with high hopes of browsing their latest tech offerings and possibly making a purchase. However, my experience was marred by constant harassment from the store's employees.
From the moment I stepped foot inside, I felt like I was being watched. Multiple employees shadowed my every move, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. No matter where I went in the store, they were there, hovering nearby and asking intrusive questions about my intentions.
Not only did this constant surveillance make me feel like a suspected criminal, but it also hindered my ability to browse and compare products at my own pace. Instead of enjoying the shopping experience, I found myself rushing through the aisles, eager to escape the scrutiny of the overbearing staff.
As a longtime customer of Best Buy, I am deeply disappointed by the lack of respect for privacy and basic courtesy exhibited by the employees during my visit. I understand the importance of customer service, but there is a fine line between assistance and harassment, and unfortunately, this line was crossed repeatedly during my time in the store.
I hope that Best Buy takes steps to address this issue and ensure that all customers feel welcomed and respected during their visits. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Been trying to talk to someone at the actual store for a hour now… Keep talking to and being sent to the “online sales team” for owasso store. I just wanna speak to someone physically in the store before I drive the 20 minutes there…. Once again trying to get something at Best Buy has turned into 10 times the trouble as compared to ordering online from elsewhere. Awful customer service won’t be purchasing from Best Buy unless I can do everything myself since they are no help per usual.

Sold me a 2 year warranty on a computer that was broken. Tells me they refuse to make it right unless I send the computer off for six weeks for them to attempt to fix it. Can’t be without a computer for six weeks. 1400$. Not really getting my moneys worth and was basically lied to. Pretty scummy, feel like I was stolen from.

I purchased a computer and they offered me insurance saying it would cover everything even if my son spilled on it to be fixed. They never mentioned a deductible. Then I called them the night before I brought in my computer that was broke. They confirmed I had the warranty and that it would be free. They set an appointment for me to come in the following day. When I arrived they made me pay $86.00 for a deductible. I could have never bought that insurance and had it fixed for only $100 at another computer fixing place. But instead I was out the warranty money on top of the $86.00. So I was lied to and then stolen from. And nobody would do anything. Instead they tried to make me look like a fool rather than own up to what their company does to people on a regular basis. I'm an honest person. I don't like being lied to and stole from. I will never ever go to best buy to buy anything in the future and I will tell everyone what an awful company they are.

Got my graphics card there for a pretty sweet deal, the guy working there was super helpful. The only downside is that there was only one guy helping people in the whole store
