Everyone at Banfield are caring people. They love our pets just as we do. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Don't take any pets here. We had been taking our dogs here for years. Our one poor dog was in her last stages of heart failure, and they kept telling us she needed less food. We took her to Soho, and they tried to help her. They said, "Didn't your vet tell you?" We said no, they just told us she was eating too much to cut her back on food and to buy this expensive diet food they have. Never take your pets here they will let it die.

I had a fur baby that was absolutely petrified of men, but everyone at Banfield made him feel comfortable to the point he liked going in! He would ride with me all over, but when he would see we were at Banfield, he would almost act like a puppy again. He loved seeing his vet. I haven't had any of my animals not get excited when they recognize where they are. Most animals, especially dogs like to sniff around and check out all the smells not mine they make a beeline for the clinic when they go in.

I have wellness plans for my 3 dogs. The wellness plans are like medical insurance for your dogs, much like you would have on yourself. You may still have to pay a co-pay, office visit, a portion of the treatment, etc., depending on your personal insurance. The cost is still lower than paying for everything out out of pocket. The vets take good care of my dogs and know them by name. They always advise me of any costs upfront, so I know what is expected. They also call and let me know the status and if there is anything else that may be needed. I am very happy with their service.

Dr. Green is wonderful! As well as the rest of the staff. My American Bulldog absolutely loves them. They make his visits so nice and easy on him.

They were great with my pup who’s got horrible anxiety when it comes to the vet. Did their best to make her comfortable and were patient with her the whole time.

We felt money was the top concern when we were staring at a computer screen, at hundreds of dollars in treatment our 12 week old Doodle had parvo, she had 2 rounds of parvo vaccines, they asked us to decide, we offered to surrender our doodle, just to save her life, we were told we could take her home, only choice, she suffered and died a Horrific death never offered to euthanize, we will never use them again!

The veterinarians and staff at Banfield are always great to work with. We've been taking our pets to Banfield (in 3 different states) and have always receive outstanding care. Even when needing end of life care for our sweet "schnorkie, they went out of their way to help the process go smoothly and check on us in the days after.

I love this place! Our neighborhood cat got injured and we were able to get in same day and every one there was so polite and helpful. It felt like they were happy we were there. Would definitely go back.

The worst place to take your animal. I got wrapped up in an OWP for my cat. She growls and is not happy when she goes for her visits that I’ve been paying for on this plan monthly. She gets sent home every single time and they BARELY do anything on the plan and then I have to give her MORE medicine and make more adjustments to drop her back off and it usually still results in being sent home. I tried to cancel the plan today because she doesn’t use it and I was told I’d have to pay 190. I was told that I could cancel anytime at no cost. No one ever mentioned that there’d be extra charges for stuff that WAS done. NO ONE. So I’ll be laying $43 for something that she can’t even use. Until September.
