Terrible lazy service. I ordered a blower motor that they had in stock but they never emailed or called me to let me know it was in. They just left it sitting on the counter on one of the hottest days of the year just letting my family melt in the heat. When I finally called to complain about the long wait time, it wasn’t their fault. It’s the “main” office that dropped the ball. I’m so sick and tired of all these lazy excuses. ITS 100% YOUR FAULT! YOU had my name and number and could’ve called at ANY time. Take responsibility and own it. The fact that you would rather sit around talking all day instead of doing your job and then shifting accountability on to someone who doesn’t even work at your location is the reason I will NEVER return to any Autozone.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I had a motor installed by Owasso Auto Care , bought from Auto Zone told it was Nationwide warrty complete lie . Auto zone would not warranty it because I didn't have the receipt that they gave Owasso Auto received. Both companies give me the runaround. Had to ship it back to Oklahoma from Texas cost me $2000 more dollars after spending $7600 to begin with. . MOTOR ONLY HAD 24000 MILES ON IT JUNK

AutoZone in Owasso is top notch. Everybody there goes out of their way to help you, even when they are busy. David saw my veteran ID and told me about there veteran's discount. Great doing business at a place where the people care about getting you a good product while providing great service.

Still my favorite. Not the cleanest, or the biggest, and with a parking lot entrance and exit that will have you a little on edge in heavy traffic, but still by far the nicest and most helpful auto parts store around. Some stores you have to pull people off their phones to ask anything. Not here. They seem to live to get involved in what you're doing and make sure you have all the parts and tools you need.
