This att store has added next up monthly charge onto two phones I have bought in last 12 months without permission or mentioning this during purchase. Check your bill, they add this feature without consent and charge you per month. You can’t cancel it until 2 weeks after purchase and then you have to call to get a refund for the unauthorized charges. Shady business practice at best.

This AT&T makes things go smoothly, I can't say the same for other locations. Should I ever need to go to an actual storefront, this one would be my choice after visiting 3 within the Claremore and Tulsa area the day prior.Great customer service!

I was on Cox internet and the past 2 days was very frustrating. I went to AT&T to get internet and while I was there they were not onlyvable to help me with internet, they also took steps in helping me with my cellphone and getting a new phone. They took the time with me and made sure I was taken care with internet and cellphone. They did above and beyond I expected. I recommend to go with AT&T, especially of your frustration are with Cox internet!

I was there less than 20 minutes and all my problems were taken care of and knew of a new service that would be available next month. Very happy with my visit and with AT&T. I have never been with anyone but them.

We have been having issues with AT&T since we switched over. Our biggest problem was with our bill and the features that we never knew were added onto each of our phones. We’ve made multiple phone calls to the call center and we’ve made several trips back to the store because one claims that they can’t do this, while the other claims that they can’t do that. We went into the store to solve one of the problems regarding our trade-in because it was never cataloged so the trade-in credits were never applied. AT&T essentially walked away with our trade-in and we’ve been paying for a brand new phone. The store manager Michael Snyder is a gaslighter who wants to down play the situation and make it seem like it was your fault. His exact words to us were “I don’t know your problems. Call the call center since they know so much.” It was his store’s mistake. We were never given receipt for the trade-in. The phone was never catalogued. They essentially lost it and he was trying to say that it wasn’t lost? “As soon as you gave me the Imei number we found it.” Please. Why did WE have to find that number for you when you guys took the phone! He is rude. He is egotistical. Our experience with AT&T was not pleasant. They are thieves who will just drain your wallet. STAY AWAY FROM AT&T and this location. I wish I could put a 0 star.

We were helped by Kyle. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He made sure we knew everything from our bill to our new phones before walking out the door.

Halen helped my wife and I tonight. We had a serious billing issue and she was able to get everything handled for us and our service turned back on. We are so thankful!

Great customer service. Store may be busy at times but worth the wait. Got helped in two different t occasions by reps one of them was Bryce and the second one was Jordan. Also worked with the manager Michael his sales is A one on point recommended getting fiber and TV services. Works great.
